DoorDash for Business Credits Back - Terms and Conditions

Unless stated otherwise, defined terms within these terms and conditions have the same meaning as terms defined with the DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions and the DoorDash Terms and Conditions

DoorDash for Business Credits Reward. DoorDash may provide certain DoorDash for Business users a credit back reward, where select users will earn a percentage of their restaurant order subtotal back as DoorDash credits (DDfB Credits Reward). The DDfB Credits Reward will not be available to all DoorDash for business users, but only available to select DoorDash for business users as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. Subject to eligibility requirements, no additional registration, enrollment, or information is required for participation in the DDfB Credits Reward program. The DDfB Credits Rewards program is available for select US users only. 

Earning credits. The DDfB Credits Reward will only be earned on restaurant orders with a subtotal of $15 or greater (excluding fees, taxes and gratuity) that are paid for using a payment method agreed upon by DoorDash and your Program Manager or for some end users, only if the purchase is made using their Business Profile. For example, DoorDash and your Program Manager may agree that a credit card issued to you by your Program Manager such as a corporate credit card is the only payment method that will earn the DDfB Credits Reward. Alternatively DoorDash and your Program Manager may agree that any payment method used when ordering from your Business Profile will earn the DDfB Credit Reward. The DDfB Credits Reward will not be earned on non restaurant orders including orders for groceries, alcohol, retail products, health products, pet products and convenience products and other non restaurant orders. The DDfB Credits Reward will not be earned on any pickup orders. Whether an order qualifies for the DDfB Credits Reward will be at DoorDash’s sole discretion and DoorDash reserves the right to exclude certain orders from earning the DDfB Credits Reward. The value of the DoorDash credits earned by the user will be calculated as 5% of the user’s order subtotal (rounded to the nearest cent). The subtotal value will not include any fees, taxes or gratuity and will also not include any promotional discounts, or the value of any DoorDash credits used to purchase the order. Credits will not be earned or on any restricted items as determined by DoorDash. DoorDash may change the value of credit earned on each transaction from time to time at its sole discretion.  

Maximum credits. Users participating in the DDfB Credits Reward will only be entitled to earn a maximum of  $50 worth of DoorDash credits for each transaction and maximum of $1,000 worth of DoorDash credits in a calendar year. DoorDash may change the maximum value of credits a customer may earn from time to time at its sole discretion. 

Using credits. Credits will be deposited to a user’s account within 5 business days of transaction that qualifies for the DDfB Credits Reward. Credits have no cash value, may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any equivalent, and are not intended as payment. Credits are non-transferrable. DoorDash credits can only be redeemed for future DoorDash orders on www.doordash.com or in the DoorDash app with the latest version, and within DoorDash service areas and service hours. Credits can only be applied to orders in the jurisdiction of the currency in which the credits are issued. Credits cannot be applied to the purchase of alcohol or other restricted items where prohibited. Credits cannot be applied to the purchase of any gift cards unless otherwise permitted. DoorDash reserves the right to refuse or restrict the use of credits on any order. 

Canceled Orders. Orders that are canceled whether by Program Manager, end user, Merchant or DoorDash will not be eligible to earn DoorDash credits. 

Expiration of Credits. Credits earned under the DDfB Credits Reward program will expire 180 days after those credits are deposited into a user's account. Should credits expire, the credits will be forfeited and users will not be entitled to any substitute, credit or compensation for the expired DoorDash credits. 

Fraud and misconduct. DoorDash reserves the right to prohibit consumers from earning, accruing or redeeming credits and canceling a user's ability to use the DoorDash platform without notice if DoorDash believes in its sole discretion that the user is or is attempting to act fraudulently or in bad faith when seeking to earn, accrue or redeem credits. DoorDash may also revoke a user’s credits at any time without prior notice. 

Modification; Termination. DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or discontinue the DDfB Credits Reward program at any time without any notice to users. In the event of termination or modification of the DDfB Credits Reward program, users will not be entitled to any substitute, credit or compensation for unredeemed credits.

Miscellaneous. User participation and use of the DDfB Credits Reward program is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions, the DoorDash for Business Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Offer and Credits Terms and Conditions. Annual Plan Credits Reward are only available for select US residents only. DoorDash credits have no cash value and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, sold, or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent.
