App Orders Delivered by DoorDash

Issues scanning the barcode?

1. Click on "Advance Functions" > "Picking Order" > Keyboard Icon.

2. For "Order Number", enter the DG App Order ID from the Dasher app that appears under the barcode.

Instructions for the Cashier:

1. Scan barcode on Dasher app FIRST before scanning any items. If any items were scanned first, the transaction will need to be restarted.

2. Scan all items until quantity moves from "0" to "1" for each. The Dasher will ask for the last 4 digits of Order ID, which you can find underneath "Order Details".

3. Complete the transaction. A small pick-list receipt will print out.

4. If Dasher still needs the last 4 digits of order, it's on the pick-list receipt.

5. Put pick-list receipt in the cash register. The Dasher can now proceed to delivery.
