What is a Business Profile?
A Business Profile is a feature that allows customers to more easily track and expense work meal spend. This feature allows you to:
1. Separate orders placed for personal vs. work occasions
2. Set a default card for your business expenses through DoorDash
3. Set a default email for your business receipts to be sent to
4. Connect with an expense provider to automatically send receipts to the provider, so it’s ready for you when you want to submit the expense report for that meal
Why Use a Business Profile?
A Business Profile simplifies managing business expenses and keeps personal and business meals separate. It helps users save time with expense reporting and companies save time chasing receipts for expense reports.

Click Account again from under Account Settings.
Under the Business Profile section of the Account page, click Create profile.

FAQ
Can I use the same Payment Method for my Business + Personal Orders?
Yes, you can use the same payment method for both Business and Personal Orders! You can use whichever payment method you need for either.
Can I use the same email for my Business + Personal Orders?
Yes - it can be whatever email you’d like order receipts sent to. This field is optional. Your Business order receipts will default to your DoorDash account email, if this field is left blank.
Is there a way for me to attach an expense code or memo to my Business Profile order?
No, at the moment there is no option to add an expense code or memo to Business Profiles orders.
How do I access my business order receipts?
You can opt in to automatically sharing your receipts with one additional email address. This may be your own work email address, that of a colleague, or internal department for accounting purposes.
You will still get an email receipt to your default DoorDash account email, and you will also get an email receipt to the email associated with your Business Profile.
Can I export my receipts?
After your order is delivered, you will receive an email to the email address provided during Business Profile creation. This will contain a PDF attachment of the business receipt that you may download.
You can also view the order receipts of all past orders by clicking into Orders from the left sidebar of your DoorDash homepage. Clicking the ‘Business’ toggle will filter these to only Business orders.
What expense providers are available?
DoorDash is integrated with Emburse Enterprise (Chrome River), Emburse Professional (Certify), Emburse Spend, SAP Concur, Expensify, Ramp, and Brex.
I used my Personal Profile instead of my Business, or I used my Business Profile instead of my Personal. Can I change which profile was used post-checkout?
If the wrong Profile was selected at checkout, this cannot be reversed. While we can potentially update the payment method used on the order (see below,) the order will still be marked as a ‘Personal’ or ‘Business’ order in your Order History, and the business receipt cannot be altered post-checkout.
Can I change the payment method on this order?
If you paid for your order with a credit card, please reach out to Support for assistance. If you used any other payment method, however, unfortunately this cannot be swapped post-checkout.
What’s the difference between being a DoorDash for Business (DDFB) customer and having a Business Profile?
DoorDash for Business is a corporate benefit program that a company signs up for with the DDFB sales team, while Business Profiles are a separate feature that any individual user can enable on their DoorDash account. Enabling your Business Profile will NOT sign you up for DDFB. If you’re interested in learning more about what DDFB can offer your company, start here.
If you are looking to start a DoorDash for Business account to unlock benefits such as Expensed Meals or corporate DashPass, start here.
