What is the PC Optimum <> DoorDash Loyalty Program?
PC Optimum on DoorDash is Canada’s most adopted loyalty program now available on DoorDash across restaurants and Loblaws’ banners for grocery and drugstore. Link your PC Optimum account on DoorDash and earn loyalty points on every $1 you spend on the DoorDash app across restaurants and eligible grocery and drugstore banners. How do I link my PC Optimum account with DoorDash?
Linking your PC Optimum account with DoorDash is a simple and seamless process. Once you link your PC Optimum account, you can earn PC Optimum points on DoorDash through an exciting range of offers.
Step 1: You can link your account in any of the following ways:

Open the DoorDash app and log in.
Tap the “Me” tab (bottom right), then tap “Rewards” (top right where you also access orders, settings, and profile)
Loblaw Banner Store Pages
Visit any Loblaw banner store page (excluding T&T Supermarket).
Tap the PC Optimum logo in the top right corner.
Cart Page
Add items from a Loblaw banner store to your cart.
Tap “View Cart”, and you’ll see the option to link your PC Optimum account.
Step 2: Tap on “Continue”, then sign into your PC account.
Step 3: Tap on “Confirming linking”.
How are PC Optimum points earned through DoorDash?
PC Optimum points are earned on DoorDash by linking your PC Optimum account and placing an eligible order. On checkout, points will automatically apply on eligible orders*.
Earn rate: DoorDash orders will earn 5 PC Optimum points per $ spent across restaurants, Loblaws and PC Rapid Delivery orders. For a limited time only as a launch promotion, customers can also earn 2x the earn rate on eligible restaurant and grocery orders.
* Customers can earn points across all restaurants and the following grocery and convenience stores: Loblaws, Loblaws City Market, Shoppers Drug Mart, Fortinos, Pharmaprix, PC Express™ Rapid Delivery, PC Express™ livraison rapide, Provigo, Real Atlantic Superstore, Zehrs, Your Independent Grocer, Valu-Mart, and DashMart.
Why am I getting an error message when I try to link my PC Optimum account on DoorDash?
Check your app version
To link your PC Optimum account, you must have the latest version of the DoorDash app installed on your device:
iOS (Apple devices): Minimum version 7.22.0
Android devices: Minimum version 15.223.0
If your app version is older than these, please update it via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Is PC Optimum on DoorDash available across Canada?
PC Optimum on DoorDash is currently available in all Canadian provinces, except Manitoba.
If you are located in Manitoba, the feature will not be accessible at this time.

How do I see my points history?
DoorDash makes it easy to track your PC Optimum™ points, so you always know how much you've earned.
To view your points activity:
As a logged in user on the DoorDash App, go to the “Me” tab in the bottom right.
On your account page, tap “Rewards” in the top right (where you also access orders, settings, and profile).
Scroll to the “Partner reward” section and select “PC Optimum”.
Scroll to the “More options” section and tap on “Points activity” to view your points history.
You’ll be able to see a detailed breakdown of the points you’ve earned from eligible DoorDash orders.
What do I do if I disagree with points awarded?
At DoorDash, it's our priority to ensure you are accurately rewarded for your PC Optimum points. If you believe the points awarded for an order are incorrect or missing, we're here to help. To resolve the issue, please follow these steps to contact customer support:
In your DoorDash app and tap on the “Me” tab in the bottom right corner.
Tap “Settings”, then select “Get help”.
Choose the order you need help with and follow the prompts to contact customer support.
Our team will review your case and ensure any points discrepancies are addressed as quickly as possible.
How do I unlink my PC Optimum account with DoorDash?
If your account PC Optimum account is not linked to your DoorDash account, you will earn PC Optimum points on eligible orders. If you wish to unlink your account,
As a logged in user on the DoorDash App, go to the “Me” tab in the bottom right.
On your account page, tap “Rewards” in the top right (where you also access orders, settings, and profile).
Scroll to the “Partner reward” section and select “PC Optimum”.
Scroll to the “More options” section and tap on “Unlink”, then “Continue to unlink”.
