3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways (each an "Entry"):
Reservation Entry: Book and complete a dining reservation (meaning Entrant must actually dine at the booked restaurant) at any participating restaurant through DoorDash Reservations Marketplace during a Weekly Draw Period (Monday 12:00 A.M. ET through Sunday 11:59 P.M. ET). Entrant must be logged into their DoorDash account at the time of booking. Each confirmed completed reservation during the applicable Weekly Draw Period earns one (1) Entry into that week’s Drawing only. Entries do not carry over to subsequent Weekly Draw Periods.
OR
Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry / AMOE): To enter without completing a dining reservation, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “DoorDash Reservations Table Giveaway Sweepstakes” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped, and hand-printed #10 envelope to: 200 Fifth Ave, New York, NY 10010, Attn: DoorDash Reservations. Mail-In Entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET on the Friday preceding the Monday Drawing for which the Entrant wishes to be entered. One (1) Mail-In Entry received during a given Weekly Draw Period earns one (1) Entry into that week’s Drawing only. No photocopied, computer-generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, mass-mailed, or mass-stamped Mail Entries permitted.
Limit five (5) entries per person per Weekly Draw Period, regardless of entry method. Entries in excess of this limit will be void and disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
4. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES:
Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Beginning on or about 05/25/26, and each Monday thereafter through 08/31/26, at approximately 10:00 A.M. ET, three (3) potential winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Draw Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Weekly Draw Period. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) on or about the date of each Drawing via email and telephone, and such potential winner(s) must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the time indicated in the initial notification.
Potential winner(s) may be required to sign and return documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law).
If a potential winner (i) is determined to be ineligible, (ii) fails to respond to the initial verification message within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or after three (3) attempts (whichever occurs first), (iii) fails to return all required documentation fully executed within the specific period of time, (iv) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) declines to accept the prize, the potential winner forfeits the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. Up to three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which such prize will remain unawarded. Prize will be distributed to winner(s) via the method communicated by Sponsor to winner(s).
6. PRIZE(S)
Each Drawing will award three (3) prizes. Each prize consists of one (1) reserved table for up to two (2) guests (Winner + guest) for the Saturday immediately following the applicable Drawing at one (1) of the following restaurants (as assigned by Sponsor in its sole discretion): The Corner Store, Or’esh, or The Eighty Six, each located in New York, NY. The exact reservation time on that Saturday is subject to availability as determined by Sponsor and the applicable restaurant. The prize includes the confirmed table reservation only; winner is solely responsible for all dining costs, transportation, and any other expenses associated with use of the prize. Reservation is valid for that specific Saturday only, is non-transferable, and is non-redeemable for cash. Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, or the prize will be forfeited.
Prize does not have a retail value. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner cannot substitute, transfer or redeem non-cash portion of prize for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person per weekly Drawing. Sponsor is under no obligation to award more than the number of prizes stated herein.
7. GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES/PUBLICITY GRANT
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of Entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, Entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating restaurants, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, incomplete, or delayed entries, emails, mail, or other communications, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to unauthorized human intervention or for technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or for any other technical problems, including telecommunication, miscommunication, or failure.
As a condition of entering, each Entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing if requested by Sponsor) that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (i) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages and (ii) that any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
9. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
THIS SECTION 9 OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE REFERRED TO AS THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.”
Please read this Section 9 carefully. It requires that any and all claims between you and DoorDash be resolved by binding arbitration or in small claims court or tribunal and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, prevents you from pursuing a class action or similar proceeding in any forum.
(a) Scope of Arbitration Agreement. This Arbitration Agreement shall apply, without limitation, to all claims that arose or were asserted before, on, or after the effective date of this Agreement. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to the subject matter of the Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise required by law or as otherwise provided in this Arbitration Agreement.
CASES HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST DOORDASH—AND OTHERS MAY BE FILED IN THE FUTURE—THAT ATTEMPT TO ASSERT CLASS ACTION CLAIMS, AND BY ACCEPTING THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT YOU ELECT NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH CASES.
IF YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATION WITH DOORDASH, YOU ARE AGREEING IN ADVANCE THAT YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN OR SEEK TO RECOVER MONETARY OR OTHER RELIEF IN ANY SUCH CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT. INSTEAD, BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU MAY BRING YOUR CLAIMS AGAINST DOORDASH IN AN INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. IF SUCCESSFUL ON SUCH CLAIMS, YOU COULD BE AWARDED MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF BY AN ARBITRATOR.
(b) Informal Resolution. You and DoorDash agree to personally meet and confer, via telephone or videoconference, in a good-faith effort to resolve informally any claim covered by this Arbitration Agreement before commencing arbitration. The party initiating the claim must give notice to the other party in writing of their intent to initiate an informal dispute resolution conference, which shall occur within 60 days after the other party receives such notice. To notify DoorDash, email [email protected]. Engaging in an informal dispute resolution conference is a requirement that must be fulfilled before commencing arbitration.
(c) Arbitration Rules and Forum. This Arbitration Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) in all respects. The arbitration will be conducted by ADR Services, Inc. under its rules. If ADR Services, Inc. is not available to arbitrate, the parties will mutually select an alternative arbitral forum. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, video conference, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
(d) Arbitrator Powers. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Arbitration Agreement. The arbitrator will have the authority to award monetary damages and to grant any non-monetary remedy or relief available to an individual under applicable law. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding on you and DoorDash.
(e) WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND DOORDASH WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND RECEIVE A JUDGE OR JURY TRIAL. You and DoorDash are instead electing to have all disputes resolved by arbitration, except as specified in Section 9(a) above.
(f) WAIVER OF CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY AGREED TO IN SECTION 9(g) AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND DOORDASH AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO RESOLVE CLAIMS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT MUST BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
(g) Batch Arbitrations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, in the event 100 or more similar arbitration demands against DoorDash are submitted within a 30-day period, the parties shall cooperate to group the demands into batches of no more than 100 per batch, with one arbitrator assigned per batch.
(h) Opt Out. If you are a new DoorDash account holder, you may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by notifying DoorDash in writing no later than 30 days after first becoming subject to it. Send your opt-out notice to: [email protected].
(i) Survival. This Arbitration Agreement will survive any termination of your relationship with DoorDash.
(j) Entire Agreement; Severability. This Arbitration Agreement is the full and complete agreement relating to the formal resolution of disputes covered by this Arbitration Agreement. In the event any portion is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will be enforceable.
10. LEGAL WARNING
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event, pandemic, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules for clarification purposes, even after the Sweepstakes Period has begun.
12. SEVERABILITY
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the terms of Section 9. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.
13. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy (https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy-us?language=en_US).
