Les cartes-cadeaux sont offertes et fournies par DoorDash Technologies Canada, Inc. Vous acceptez les présentes conditions générales (les « conditions générales des cartes-cadeaux »), ainsi que les conditions générales de DoorDash, notamment la clause sur l’arbitrage et la renonciation aux recours collectifs qui y est énoncée (collectivement appelées « conditions générales » avec les conditions générales des cartes-cadeaux).
Vous pouvez acheter des cartes-cadeaux avec ou sans compte DoorDash. Vous devez cependant avoir un compte DoorDash pour utiliser des cartes-cadeaux. Vous pouvez échanger des cartes-cadeaux contre toute commande admissible passée sur www.doordash.com ou sur l’appli DoorDash au Canada. DoorDash se réserve le droit de modifier les commandes admissibles à sa seule discrétion. Les cartes-cadeaux n’ont pas de date d’expiration. Aucuns frais ne s’appliquent aux cartes-cadeaux. Nous nous réservons en outre le droit de désactiver, d’annuler ou de suspendre les cartes-cadeaux si nous suspectons une fraude, une activité illégale ou tout non-respect des conditions générales.
Les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent être retournées et elles ne sont pas échangeables contre de l’argent comptant, sauf si la loi applicable l’exige. Les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent être utilisées pour payer un solde de compte de crédit. Les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent être revendues. Le montant des cartes-cadeaux ne peut être augmenté et les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent être rechargées. Si vous faites un achat avec une carte-cadeau dont les fonds sont insuffisants, le solde restant doit être payé à l’aide d’un autre mode de paiement disponible dans votre compte. Les achats avec une carte-cadeau sont assujettis à la politique de remboursement standard de DoorDash et tout montant remboursé le sera sur la carte-cadeau.
DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI, LA SOCIÉTÉ NE POURRA ÊTRE TENUE RESPONSABLE DES DOMMAGES INDIRECTS, PUNITIFS, SPÉCIAUX, EXEMPLAIRES, ACCESSOIRES, CONSÉCUTIFS OU AUTRES ASSOCIÉS DE QUELQUE MANIÈRE QUE CE SOIT AUX CARTES-CADEAUX. LA SOCIÉTÉ NE POURRA ÊTRE TENUE RESPONSABLE DES DOMMAGES, PERTES OU BLESSURES QUE VOUS POURRIEZ SUBIR, INCLUANT, MAIS SANS S’Y LIMITER, LA PERTE D’UNE CARTE-CADEAU OU TOUT DOMMAGE QUI Y SERAIT LIÉ, ET CE DE QUELQUE FAÇON, MÊME SI LA SOCIÉTÉ OU SES CONCÉDANTS DE LICENCE ONT ÉTÉ PRÉVENUS DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES. DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI, SI UNE CARTE-CADEAU N’ÉTAIT PAS FONCTIONNELLE, VOTRE SEUL RECOURS ET NOTRE SEULE RESPONSABILITÉ SERAIT LE REMPLACEMENT DE LA CARTE-CADEAU.
Vous acceptez que tout différend ou réclamation liés de quelque façon aux cartes-cadeaux soient résolus par un arbitrage exécutoire plutôt que devant un tribunal, conformément aux conditions générales de DoorDash. Veuillez lire attentivement les conditions générales de DoorDash afin de bien comprendre comment les différends sont résolus et votre droit de retrait.

Canada Gift Cards Terms and Conditions (English)
Gift Cards are made available and provided by DoorDash Technologies Canada, Inc. You agree to both these terms and conditions (the “Gift Card Terms and Conditions”) and also the DoorDash Terms and Conditions, including the arbitration and class waiver provision therein (collectively with the Gift Card Terms and Conditions, the “Terms and Conditions”).
You can purchase Gift Cards with, or without, a DoorDash account. However, you must have a DoorDash account to redeem Gift Cards. You may redeem Gift Cards towards any eligible order placed on www.doordash.com or the DoorDash App in Canada. DoorDash reserves the right to change the eligible orders at its sole discretion. Gift Cards will not expire. No fees apply to Gift Cards. We further reserve the right to deactivate, cancel or suspend Gift Cards when we expect fraud, unlawful activity, or any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Gift Cards may not be returned and are not redeemable for cash except when required by applicable law. Gift cards cannot be used to pay a credit account. Gift cards may not be resold. Gift card amounts may not be increased or reloaded. When you make a purchase with a Gift Card that contains insufficient funds the remaining balance must be paid using another form of payment available in your account. Purchases with Gift Card are subject to DoorDash standard refund policy, and any refund amounts will be credited back to the Gift Card.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF LAW THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE OR KIND IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH GIFT CARDS. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH GIFT CARDS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY AND/OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.
You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court in accordance with the DoorDash Terms and Conditions. Please review the DoorDash Terms and Conditions carefully to understand how disputes will be resolved and your right to opt out.
