1. ELIGIBILITY
The DoorDash Canada x FIFA World Cup 2026TM Ticket Drops Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of completing an Entry (defined below) have reached the age of majority and are legal resident of the Greater Toronto Area and the Greater Vancouver Area of Canada (excluding Quebec). The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of DoorDash Technologies, Canada, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies; any marketing agencies and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the prize provider (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”) and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and, as applicable, the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related. Any individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Sponsor ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes consists of two separate sweepstakes periods, one for eligible entrants located in Vancouver and one for eligible entrants located in Toronto (each, a “Regional Sweepstakes Period” and collectively, the “Sweepstakes Periods”).
Toronto Sweepstakes Period: Begins at 10:00 A.M Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on June 20, 2026.
Vancouver Sweepstakes Period: Begins at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on June 20, 2026.
All eligible entries must be received during the applicable Regional Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER
During both the Toronto and the Vancouver Regional Sweepstakes Period, individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two (2) ways:
Primary Entry Method via Instagram:
Entrants must use the hint posted by DoorDash Canada (@doordash_ca) on Instagram to identify the applicable location in Toronto (for Toronto residents) or Vancouver (for Vancouver residents).
Next, go to the applicable location in Toronto or Vancouver
Film your best goal celebration and end the video with “DoorDash, deliver us to football”
Post the video on your Instagram account and tag @doordash_ca and include hashtag #sweepstakes. Must be an Instagram post or reel (not an Instagram story).
OR
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
Send an email to contest@ruckusdigital.ca with subject line ”DoorDash Canada x FIFA World Cup 2026TM Ticket Drops Sweepstakes” and include your name, email address, and telephone number along with a minimum two-hundred (200) word paragraph on what you like about soccer.
If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply. Your Instagram account must be set to “public” in order for your entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winner(s) have been announced and winner(s) have received their prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person, during the Toronto or Vancouver Regional Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries in excess of this limit will be void and disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. All entries must be completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES:
Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;
contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;
communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
violates any law.
Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Sweepstakes and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Separate random drawings will be conducted for the Toronto Sweepstakes and the Vancouver Sweepstakes from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period, as set forth below:
Toronto Drawing
On or about June 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. ET, ten (10) potential winners in the Greater Toronto Area will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Toronto Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) on or about June 21, 2026 via Instagram direct message or email.
Vancouver Drawing
On or about June 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. PT, five (5) potential winners in the Greater Vancouver Area will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) on or about June 21, 2026 via Instagram direct message or email.
The drawings will take place at 600 - 160 Bloor St E, Toronto, ON M4W 3L4. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
In order to win, the selected entrants must correctly answer, unaided, an arithmetical, time-limited, skill testing question. As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner must sign and return any documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release.
If the potential winner (i) is determined to be ineligible, (ii) fails to respond to the initial verification message within 24 hours of notification or after three (3) attempts (whichever occurs first), (iii) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question, (iv) fails to return all required documentation fully executed within the specific period of time, (v) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (vi) declines to accept the prize, the potential winner forfeits the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected based upon a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Up to three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which such prize will remain unawarded. Prize will be sent to winner(s) via email at the email address provided at time of winner confirmation.Properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than provided for in the Official Rules.
6. PRIZE(S)
Fifteen (15) prizes are available to be won in connection with the Sweepstakes, consisting of ten (10) prizes available in the Toronto Sweepstakes and five (5) prizes available in the Vancouver Sweepstakes.
Toronto
Five (5) prizes consisting of two (2) tickets (for winner + guest) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ group stage match between Panama and Croatia scheduled for June 23, 2026 at Toronto Stadium in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Five (5) prizes consisting of two (2) tickets (for winner + guest) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ group stage match between Senegal and Iraq scheduled for June 26, 2026 at Toronto Stadium in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Vancouver
Five (5) prizes consisting of two (2) tickets (for winner + guest) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ group stage match between Canada and Switzerland scheduled for June 24, 2026 at BC Place Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”): CA$780 per ticket. Total ARV of all prizes: CA$23,400. Actual value may vary. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
Prize consists of event tickets only. Transportation, accommodations, meals, parking, hospitality, and all other expenses not expressly stated herein are solely the responsibility of each winner.
Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in claiming or using their prizes will be the responsibility of the winners. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, provincial, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of prize. Winner will provide all documentation as requested by Sponsor in order to comply with federal, provincial, local, or other applicable tax reporting requirements.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner cannot substitute, transfer or redeem non-cash portion of prize for cash. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor, other than that specified herein. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES/PUBLICITY GRANT
By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to FIFA, Sponsor, and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Parties, Fédération Internationale de Football Association, Instagram, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, incomplete or delayed entries, emails, mail or other communications, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to unauthorized human intervention or for technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications, which may prevent the receipt of an entry or otherwise limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
As a condition of entering, each entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing if requested by Sponsor) that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (i) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages and (ii) that any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Furthermore, as a condition of entering, each entrant agrees that submission of an Entry constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any testimonial statement provided by entrant for purposes of advertising, marketing, and trade, in any medium in connection with the Sweepstakes, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. LEGAL WARNING
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules (and void all associated entries), and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in its sole discretion based on all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event that an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed, entrant’s sole remedy shall be another entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules for clarification purposes, even after the Sweepstakes Period has begun.
11. FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket and Stadium Terms
Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.
All FIFA World Cup 2026TM venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026TM Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.
The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
12. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY
Except as set out below, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.
13. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy.
