SECTION 9 OF THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW CLAIMS THAT YOU AND WE HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS THAT AROSE OR WERE ASSERTED BEFORE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IN PARTICULAR, SECTION 9 INCORPORATES THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (“ICA”) TO WHICH YOU AGREED UPON SIGNING UP FOR A DASHER ACCOUNT. THAT ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REQUIRES DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION AND COULD AFFECT YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN PENDING OR PROPOSED CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Dasher Fan Zone Sweepstakes Philadelphia (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of completing an Entry (defined below), (1) have signed up for a Dasher account with DoorDash and has an active account in good standing during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), (2) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, (3) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, and (4) have received an email invitation from DoorDash to attend the Dasher Fan Zone event in Philadelphia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you do not have a Dasher account, signing up for one is free. By signing up for a Dasher account, you agree to the DoorDash Independent Contractor Agreement. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of DoorDash, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Fédération Internationale de Football Association ("FIFA")*, and parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies; any marketing agencies and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the prize provider (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and, as applicable, the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related. Any individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Sponsor ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
*The FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 07/04/2026 and ends at 4:00PM ET on 07/04/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways (each an “Entry”):
Complete this RSVP form and attend the Dasher Fan Zone Philadelphia event on July 4, 2026, at Cooper Street Parking Lot, 266 Jersey Joe Walcott Blvd Camden, NJ 08102 between 2PM to 4PM local time.
OR
Submit this Google Form (the “Entry Form”) including required information (name, email, phone number, and address) before 4:00 P.M. ET
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries in excess of this limit will be void and disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
4. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES:
Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;
contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;
communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
violates any law.
Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
At the end of the Dasher Fan Zone event at approximately 4:00 PM local time on July 4, 2026, one (1) potential winner (the "Potential Winner") will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Because the prize consists of admission to a sporting event taking place shortly after the drawing, Sponsor must promptly verify and confirm the Winner to facilitate timely prize fulfillment. Sponsor will attempt to notify the Potential Winner by telephone using the number provided in the RSVP or Google Form and will make up to two (2) call attempts. The Potential Winner must answer one of those calls and, if notified, follow Sponsor's instructions and complete any required eligibility verification, acceptance, and documentation within the timeframe communicated by Sponsor during the notification call, which may be as short as reasonably necessary to facilitate timely prize fulfillment.
If a Potential Winner (i) is determined to be ineligible, (ii) cannot be reached after two (2) call attempts, (iii) does not timely complete the required acceptance, eligibility verification, or documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, (iv) fails to comply with these Official Rules, or (v) declines the prize, the Potential Winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. Sponsor will then randomly select an alternate Potential Winner, and this process will continue until the prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain.
6. PRIZE(S)
Two (2) tickets (for Winner + guest) to the FIFA World Cup Round of 16 Match France vs Paraguay at Philadelphia Stadium. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500 each ticket. Total ARV of all prizes: $1000. TRAVEL, LODGING AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES TO ROUND OF 16 MATCH ARE NOT INCLUDED.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including transportation to and from the venue, parking, concessions and merchandise (if applicable), are each Winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Sweepstakes Entities and/or FIFA will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize is for the Winner and up to one (1) Guest (“Guest”) of Winner’s choosing. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, and may require a signed Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where allowed by law).
Once Guest is selected by Winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsors, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to accept the Prize without a Guest (or if Guest does not return Release of Liability/Publicity Release, as discussed above), Winner will only receive Prize in increments appropriate for themselves and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes a Winner receiving only one (1) ticket to the applicable FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Round of 16 match.
No substitution of Prize or elements is allowed, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize (including, without limitation, FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Round of 16 match tickets) that Winner and/or Guest is unable to use for any reason, and any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by Winner will be forfeited and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
Prize (i.e., FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Round of 16 match tickets) cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes, or rescheduled, except in Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion.
Winner and Guest ("Attendees") shall be required to register to, and download the official FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ tournament mobile application in order to receive the ticket to the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Round of 16 match. Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") applicable to their ticket(s) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets. The Terms of Use and any other ticket terms and conditions are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets.
All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other Guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.
The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions. Ticket type and seat location at quarter final match are of Sponsors’ sole determination.
In the event the Winner and/or their Guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsors/FIFA/venue in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsors’/FIFA’s/venue’s policies in effect at the time of the match, Sponsors/FIFA/venue reserves the right to terminate the Prize experience early, in whole or in part, and remove the Winner and/or their Guest from the venue with no further compensation. If deemed by Sponsors in their sole discretion to be particularly egregious or blatant, Winner's DoorDash account may be terminated without warning or prior notice of any kind. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of themselves and/or their Guest.
Should a FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™Round of 16 match be cancelled for any reason beyond the control of Sponsors and FIFA (e.g., natural disaster, riot, civil commotion, pandemic/epidemic, act of terrorism), Sweepstakes Entities shall have no further liability or obligation to Winner.
Sponsors make no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of comparable or equal value will be provided. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee by Sponsors. Federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each Winner.
All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. For residents of the United States, Prize Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) reflecting the actual final retail value of any prize valued at $2,000 USD or more, and for prizes valued at $2,000 USD or more, Winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to receiving a prize. United States Prize Winners agree to fully cooperate with Sponsors and Administrator in conjunction with the fulfillment of all government reporting requirements so that such winning may be reported for tax purposes, to the extent required by law.
7. GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES/PUBLICITY GRANT
By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Parties, FIFA, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, incomplete or delayed entries, Dashes, emails, mail or other communications, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to unauthorized human intervention or for technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications, which may prevent the receipt of an entry or otherwise limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
As a condition of entering and by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing if requested by Sponsor) that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (i) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages and (ii) that any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
Furthermore, as a condition of entering and by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that submission of an Entry constitutes full permission to the Sweepstakes Parties (and their respective licensees and designees) to exhibit, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, publish, sell, distribute, perform, use and re-use, by any means, whether now known or hereinafter developed, for any purpose and in any manner, without further notification, authorization, or compensation to entrant or anyone on entrant’s behalf, the entrant’s name, nickname, image, voice, biographical information, any testimonial statement, photograph, and/or other likeness, however captured, and any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of, in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize, in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, and entrants represents and warrants that no further permission is required for such use, unless prohibited by law.
9. ARBITRATION
THIS SECTION 9 OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE REFERRED TO AS THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.”
Please read this Section 9 carefully. It requires that any and all claims between you and DoorDash be resolved by binding arbitration and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, prevents you from pursuing a class action or similar proceeding in any forum.
When you signed up for a Dasher account, you agreed to the Independent Contractor Agreement (“ICA”). The ICA contains an arbitration agreement requiring “any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement,” including “all . . . aspects of [your] relationship with DoorDash,” to “be resolved in arbitration on an individual basis only.” This Sweepstakes arises out of or relates to the ICA and your relationship with DoorDash. Thus, the ICA’s arbitration agreement requires any disputes related to this Sweepstakes to be arbitrated on an individual basis. Please review the ICA’s arbitration agreement carefully by clicking here and reviewing Section 14 (“Mutual Arbitration Provision”).
10. LEGAL WARNING
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes in its discretion based on all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. In the event that an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed, entrant’s sole remedy shall be another entry into the Sweepstakes.
12. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
13. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Dasher Privacy Policy.
14. WINNER LIST
For the name(s) of the winner(s), send an email and include “Dasher Fan Zone Sweepstakes” as the subject line to sweepstakes@doordash.com by no later than August 4, 2026.
