Overview
Flash Offers are special earning opportunities that pop up when you’re not already dashing. They’re designed to help you earn more even when you're not online waiting for orders.
Each Flash Offer includes an instant pay boost, which is added as soon as you complete the delivery. You can accept or decline any Flash Offer — declining won’t affect your acceptance rate.
How Flash Offers Work
Get a Flash Offer notification
When you’re offline, you may receive a push notification or text message (depending on your mobile connectivity) for a Flash Offer in your area. These offers are time-sensitive and include a boosted payout.
Review the offer details
Tap the notification to see the delivery details and the pay boost before deciding. Please note that the pay boost offering amount may change throughout the day, but once accepted, the pay boost amount is locked in for that dash.
Accept or decline — your choice
You can accept the offer if it fits your schedule, or decline it with no penalty. Declining a Flash Offer does not affect your acceptance rate or standing.
Complete the delivery and get paid
If you accept, complete the delivery like any standard order. The pay boost is reflected immediately once the order is completed.

Q: What is a Flash Offer?
A: A Flash Offer is an incentive-boosted delivery opportunity sent to you when you’re offline. It’s meant to create quick, flexible earning opportunities without waiting in the Dasher app.
Q: How to enable Flash Offers?
A: To receive Flash Offers, make sure your app preferences and availability settings are turned on.
Open the Dasher app and go to Preferences.
Turn on Flash Offers to receive push notifications when offers are available.
Select Manage Availability and choose the times you’re available to dash.
Once enabled, you’ll receive Flash Offers during the times you’ve selected when they’re available in your area.
Q: When will I receive Flash Offers? Why don’t I see Flash Offers in Preferences?
A: Flash Offers appear in Dash Preferences for all U.S. markets, and only in select areas in international markets. We send Flash Offers to Dashers who have recently dashed in a given market within the past 7 days, so eligibility is based on recent activity in that market. Availability still depends on demand, and Dashers who have not dashed in that market will not receive Flash Offers.
Flash Offers are meant to create extra earning moments, not replace regular dashing. Because they’re tied to real-time needs, they may feel less predictable — but they don’t require staying online to wait for orders.
Q: Do I need to be actively dashing to get Flash Offers?
A: No. Flash Offers are specifically sent when you’re not actively dashing.
Q: Is there a penalty for declining a Flash Offer?
A: No. You can decline Flash Offers without affecting your acceptance rate or any other metrics.
