Promoter

The promoter is DoorDash Technologies Australia Pty Ltd of 222 Exhibition St, Melbourne VIC 3000 ABN 96 634 446 030 (Promoter).

Promotion Period

The promotion starts at 9:00pm AEDT on 2 March 2026 and ends at 5:59am AEDT on 9 November 2026 (Promotion Period).

For clarity, the final eligible order window is from 9:00pm on 8 November 2026 to 5:59am on 9 November 2026 AEST/AEDT in Victoria.

Eligibility

a. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who:

i. have or create a valid DoorDash customer account with a valid accepted payment method; and

ii. place an Eligible Order during the Promotion Period.

b. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Eligible Orders

a. An Eligible Order is an order that:

i. is placed via the DoorDash app or website;

ii. is for delivery from a participating Convenience store (as identified in the DoorDash app);

iii. has a subtotal of at least $25 (including GST, excluding delivery fees, service fees and any other fees); and

iv. is placed between 9:00pm and 5:59am AEST/AEDT in Victoria during the Promotion Period.

b. Orders that are cancelled and/or for which the customer receives a refund will not be Eligible Orders and will not earn entries.

How to Enter 

a. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Order will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for the Entry Week in which the Eligible Order is placed.

b. There is no limit on the number of entries per eligible customer, but there is a maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Order.

c. No additional entry fee is payable apart from the cost of the Eligible Order.

Entry Weeks and Draws 

a. The Promotion is divided into weekly periods (each an Entry Week). Each Entry Week runs from 6:00am Monday to 5:59am the following Monday AEST/AEDT in Victoria, during the Promotion Period.

b. Eligible Orders will be allocated to the Entry Week corresponding to the time and date (AEST/AEDT in Victoria) the order is placed.

c. For each Entry Week, one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received for that Entry Week (Draw).

d. All Draws and all unclaimed prize draws will be conducted by the Promoter or its authorised representative at 222 Exhibition St, Melbourne VIC 3000, at approximately 2:00pm AEST/AEDT on the applicable Draw Date. For clarity, the Promoter may conduct more than one draw on the same day (for example, an unclaimed prize draw and a weekly draw), in accordance with the Draw Schedule.

e. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, to be used if a winner is ineligible, invalid or fails to claim their Prize, subject to any permit conditions.

Draw Schedule

Prizes 

a. The prize for each Entry Week is one (1) PS5 PlayStation 5 Slim Console with an approximate retail value of AUD $830 (including GST).

b. There are 36 weekly prizes in total. The total maximum prize pool value is AUD $29,880 (including GST).

c. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

d. Any ancillary costs associated with using a Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification and Publication 

a. Each winner will be notified in writing (by email) within seven (7) days of the relevant Draw, or such other timeframe required by a permit.

b. Where required by law or a permit, and in any case for prizes valued over AUD $250, the Promoter will publish the winner’s last name, initial of first name and postcode within 30 days of the Draw on the DoorDash website or another location required by the permit.

c. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact winners and keep records of notification attempts.

Prize Delivery 

a. To claim a Prize, the winner must respond to the notification email and provide requested details within 14 days.

b. The Prize will be delivered to an Australian address within a reasonable time after verification.

c. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its control.

Unclaimed Prizes 

a. If a Prize is not claimed in accordance with these Terms, it will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner or via an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the draw schedule and any permit directions.

b. Winners of unclaimed prize draws will be notified and receive their Prize in the same manner as original winners.

Verification and Invalid Entries 

a. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence to verify an entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

b. The Promoter may invalidate entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the Promotion, submit non-compliant entries, or engage in fraudulent, misleading or damaging conduct.

General Conditions 

a. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

b. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to regulator directions.

c. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy 

a. The Promoter collects personal information for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility and awarding Prizes, and communicating with entrants.

b. If the requested personal information is not provided, an entrant may not be able to participate in the Promotion or claim a Prize.

c. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.doordash.com/privacy/, which explains how individuals may access or correct their information or make a complaint.

d. Unless otherwise indicated by the entrant, the Promoter may use an entrant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Records

The Promoter will retain records relating to the Promotion for at least 12 months from the date of the final draw and make them available to regulators on request.
