HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.

Method #1 DashPass Members Online/In App Entry: Eligible entrants with an active DashPass membership in good standing during the Sweepstakes Period must place a minimum of four (4) eligible orders from a merchant on DoorDash (each an "Order") during the Sweepstakes Period to automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing corresponding to their country of residence. Entry will be void if (x) you are not a current DashPass member at the time you place your Order, (y) Order is initially accepted by Sponsors but later voided for any reason, or (z) if Order is placed,  but cancelled before it is completed or order was received outside of the Sweepstakes Period in Sponsor’s discretion.

If you are not a DashPass member, you can visit https://www.doordash.com/dashpass or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and subscribe to DashPass according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here (including without limitation Section 13 regarding DashPass Subscriptions) in order to subscribe to DashPass.

Method #2 Free Entry Without an Active DashPass Account or DashPass Purchase: To enter without a DashPass membership, or without placing a DashPass order on DoorDash, complete this Entry Form in its entirety, including but not limited to your email address that is associated with your DoorDash account (“Free Entry”) to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) Entry per person regardless of the method of entry.

Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the limits stated herein may result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Whether or not you place a qualifying Order (and, if so, the retailer with whom the Order is placed, and the items purchased via the Order) will NOT improve or affect one’s chances of winning the prize in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry (including acceptance and delivery of Order, if applicable) does not constitute proof of receipt of the same. Receipt of entries may be acknowledged, but any such acknowledgment is in no way otherwise binding upon Sponsors or Administrator. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsors, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS: Seventeen (17) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) and collectively, the "Potential Winners") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from the residents of United States,District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Three (3) Potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from the residents of Canada. Random drawings will be conducted on or about July 9, 2026 by the Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the United States and Canada respectively.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone on or about July 9, 2026. To remain eligible for the Sweepstakes, Potential Winners must still have a DoorDash account in good standing at time of winner notification. A Potential Winner may be disqualified if they do not respond to the initial phone and/or email notification within twenty-four (24) hours with the requested information. Once a Potential Winner responds to the initial notification with the requested information, Potential Winner may be required to sign and return within two (2) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility (or Declaration of Eligibility for residents of Canada), Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsors may require based on the prize(s) being awarded, including documentation that helps to verify the Potential Winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents''). Prize Claim Documents may be collected by DigiSigner GmBH ("DigiSigner") and shared with Sponsors and Administrator solely for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration. Once all required Prize Claim Documents are received, the Administrator will review and confirm the Potential Winner’s eligibility to win a Prize, and therefore be confirmed as a Winner (“Winner”). All entrant data will be deleted from DigiSigner once the Winner is verified and confirmed. If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

NOTE: Canadian residents must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill testing question prior to receiving a Prize.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the corresponding DoorDash account and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized Account Holder'' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
