All entrant data will be deleted from DigiSigner once the Winner is verified and confirmed. If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, time permitting.

Winner and Guest (if a Guest is a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, his/her/their parent or legal guardian) further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check (if applicable) is final and binding.

Sponsor and/or Event Venue may revoke ticket privileges or admission to Event at any time for, amongst other things, failure of the holder to conduct themselves in accordance with the Event Venue’s code of conduct while at Event Venue at any time before, after or during any portion of the Event or if Winner or Guest are determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law or Event Venue policy, or engages in any conduct that brings Sponsor, and/or Event Venue into disrepute.
