We are excited to partner with Stater Bros. Markets. As part of the partnership, Dashers must be aware of the minimum requirements put in place by Stater Bros Markets:
Comply with all reasonable directives of the Stater Bros. Markets store manager then on duty.
Not at any time possess any weapon while on Stater Bros. Markets’ property, including, but not limited to, chemical agents (i.e. mace, pepper spray, etc.).
Utilize the check stand in the same manner as customers in order to purchase merchandise.
Allow inspection by authorized Stater Bros. Markets’ personnel of all packages and bags removed from Stater Bros. Markets’ premises.
Not hold yourself out to be an employee, partner, joint venturer, agent, or other representative of Stater Bros. Markets for any purpose (unless such service provider contractor is actually an employee, partner, joint venturer, agent, or other representative of Merchant).
