Account Creation and Log In 

Q: I am having general log-in issues.

A: Please start by clearing your cookies & cache and then try to log in again. Also, ensure that you are using Google Chrome as the browser through which you view High Radius.

Q: Why can’t I register?

A: If you are not the original administrator on the account, you will not be able to register.  Please contact your Account Representative who will confirm whether you are the administrator and if not, they will be able to add you.

Q: Is 2 Factor Authentication necessary every time?

A: Yes, due to sensitive banking information, every time you log in you must go through 2FA for security purposes.

Q: My one-time authorization code is not coming into my inbox.

A: If you are not receiving the one time authorization code in your inbox, please check your Junk and Spam folders. Also please have your IT Department to unblock incoming emails from [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].

User Experience

Q: Will I receive a HighRadius notification when invoices are available?

A: Invoices will still be emailed directly from DoorDash at the beginning of the month, but you can go to High Radius to view and pay new invoices.

Q: Will I still receive a notification that there is an invoice ready for payment when it becomes available at the start of the month?

A: Yes, invoices will still be sent to your email address on file by the Accounts Payable team at DoorDash every month.

Q: What are the different types of user permissions on High Radius?

A: There are 3 user permissions - Admin, View Only, and View and Pay.  The permissions associated with these options are as follows:

  • Admin: View & Pay Invoices as well as invite users and manage contacts.

  • View Only: Can only view invoices; this user cannot pay invoices or invite users/manage contacts.

  • View & Pay: Can view & pay invoices but cannot make other changes to the company portal.

Q: How do I add a user to my company account?

A: To add a user, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the "Manage Contact" option on your left side menu

  2. Select "Manage Contacts" the select "Add Contacts"

  3. Add the user email you want to invite to High Radius

  4. Click "Activate"

Payment

Q: Is there a fee associated with credit card payments on High Radius?

A: No fee is associated with CC payments on High Radius.

Q: Does auto-pay apply only to credit cards, or can it be set up to other payment methods as well?

A: Auto-pay can be set up for both ACH and credit cards.

Q: Why is my bank blocking payment?

A: This could be due to the MCC (Merchant Category Code) on file with your bank.  The MCC code identifies to a bank what activities the company issuing the charge is involved in.  DoorDash for Employee's MCC codes are “Food and Restaurants” and “Freight, Moving, and Delivery”   If the bank has blocked your charge, it may be because both MCC Codes must be cleared!  Please let your account representative know if you need further support with that.

Q: How do I apply a Credit Memo to my account in High Radius?

A: Go to your "Open Bills" tab and look for the Credit Memo issued to your account. Select the checkbox of the Credit Memo AND the invoice you wish to offset to make a payment. Once the amount has been used, the credit memo will appear in the "Closed Bills" tab.
