What can I do if I did not receive my order?

To report your order did not arrive on the DoorDash app follow these steps below:
IOS
Select the order from the “Orders” button
Tap "Help"
Under “Delivery Issues”, select “Order never arrived”
Follow the prompts on the screen to either select a resolution or chat with an agent who will help provide the best resolution for you
ANDROID
Select the order from the “Orders” tab
Tap "Help"
Under “Delivery Issues”, select “Order never arrived”
Follow the prompts on the screen to either select a resolution or chat with an agent who will help provide the best resolution for you
Desktop users
To report your order did not arrive on the DoorDash website follow these steps below:
Select the "Orders" button in the bottom top left-hand corner
Select "Orders" and choose the corresponding order
Select "Help"
Under "Delivery issues," select "Order never arrived"
Follow the prompts on the screen to either select a resolution or chat with an agent who will help provide the best resolution for you

Please know that we take reports of orders that have not been delivered very seriously. We investigate every order that is reported as never delivered to find the root cause and can ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. We appreciate your feedback always.
