What is the Place an Order feature?
The Place an Order feature is a new tab available in the Admin Portal, which will give admins a faster and more efficient way to pay for their team's meals themselves.
The Place an Order feature reduces budget creation to 2 simple steps, and eliminates any need to create a Group in the process.
NOTE: This feature is currently only available for Admin Portals on invoicing.

How do I use the Place an Order feature?
Admins can access the Place an Order feature from the left sidebar of the Admin Portal.

From there, you only need to fill out:
1. Budget Name
2. Budget Amount

This budget will then be available for 5 days before expiration, and will only be available for use by the admin who created it.
Editing Budgets
If you do need to edit this one-time budget, you can do so by accessing the Expensed Meals page from the left sidebar of your Admin Portal.

From there, you can edit this Place an Order budget the same as any other. You can change the expiration date, the budget amount, budget name, or even who it's available to.
Viewing Available Budgets
You can view this budget by visiting either the Expensed Meals page in your Admin Portal, or the Benefits page prior to accessing the Portal.

How to Use Budgets
You can then use this Place an Order budget at order checkout, where it should automatically be selected under Company Payment.

Viewing Budget History
Budgets created using the Place an Order feature will appear under your Billing History just like any of your other Group Order, Expensed Meals or Vouchers orders.
