How do I add or update my bank account information?
Dashers can get their earnings weekly via direct deposit. Australian Dashers may also access their earnings more frequently via Fast Pay.
PLEASE NOTE: For account protection purposes, you will not be able to use Fast Pay for 7 calendar days after any changes to your debit card information.
Follow the instructions below to make updates or set up your direct deposit:
Access the Earnings page within the Dasher app: iOS: Tap on Earnings on the bottom menu of the app landing page. Android: Find the Earnings page by tapping the 3 stacked bars in the upper left corner of the landing page to open a menu. Then tap Earnings. Tap on the red bank symbol at the top right of your screen and tap Add Bank Account to set up your direct deposit information OR Update to change your bank information. IMPORTANT: Be sure the account provided is an everyday banking account or transaction account. DoorDash cannot deposit payments into savings accounts. Enter the BSB number (6-digits) Enter the Account number (8-9 digits) You will be prompted to enter a 2-step verification code which will be sent to you via text message. If you do not receive a text, tap Re-Send Code and redirect the message to your email. Note: This verification code DOES NOT verify your bank details. It only confirms the owner of this Dasher account authorises the change to direct deposit details. Tap Submit. A success message will pop up to confirm the change. Check your bank account on the second Wednesday after Dashing to confirm transfer of payment. If you do not receive payment, double check your account details in the app. Note: DoorDash issues payments the first Monday of every week, which can take 1-3 business days to reach your account, depending on bank processing times. |

Note: Anytime you update your banking information you will receive an email from [email protected] with the title Dasher Bank Account Information Changed. If you receive this email but did not update your information, please follow the instructions in the email as quickly as possible to ensure your account has not been taken over by a third-party.
