How can I unassign myself from an order?

You can unassign an order by doing the following:

For Dashers with android phones:

  • Click the Help button in the top right-hand corner of the dasher app

  • Under Picking Up, tap Unassign this Delivery

  • Select a reason for why you are unassigning the delivery

For Dashers with iPhones:

  • Click the Help button in the top right-hand corner of the Dasher app

  • Select Can't do this order?

  • Select a reason for why you are unassigning the delivery

  • Click Submit Request / Submit

  • Click Continue to confirm the unassignment

If you have already arrived at Mx, the experience can be slightly different:

  • Tap "?" in the top right-hand corner of the app

  • Select I have an issue

  • Select the most accurate option from the list

  • Tap Unassign with no pay

There is no need to contact support for unassignment. It can all be done in-app. Please note that unassigning will affect your Completion and Acceptance ratings. For more information, please see article Dasher Ratings Explained.

If you have already picked-up the food from the restaurant, you will not be able to unassign the order from the app.
