Content and Likeness Consent Release
CONTENT AND LIKENESS CONSENT RELEASE
You may have the opportunity to provide feedback, text, photos, audio, video, recordings, biographical information, and testimonials (collectively, “Content”) to DoorDash. By providing Content, in whatever form and through whatever means, you grant DoorDash, Inc., including its employees, affiliates, agents, licenses, and successors (“DoorDash”) an non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, broadcast, publish, and otherwise exploit, the Content and your name, image, voice, likeness, biographical information, and any testimonial statement (“Your Likeness”), without limitation, in any manner or media in any and all forms of internet, social media, television, motion picture, radio, outdoor, or print advertisements, promotions, or publicity about DoorDash’s products or services (collectively, the “Advertisements”), including without limitation Advertisements about DoorDash, and its products or services.
You acknowledge that DoorDash shall have complete ownership of the resulting content production that incorporates the Content or Your Likeness (“Production”), including copyright interests, and You acknowledge that You have no interest or ownership in the Production or its copyright.
You waive any right to compensation in connection with the foregoing. You represent and warrant that DoorDash’s use of the Content and Your Likeness does not and will not infringe any third-party intellectual property or publicity rights, and You agree to (i) defend, indemnify and hold harmless DoorDash from and against any and all third-party claims in connection with use of the Content or Your Likeness and (ii) release DoorDash from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connect to DoorDash’s use of the Content or Your Likeness.
By submitting Content or Your Likeness to DoorDash, you confirm that you have read and fully understand this Release and have not agreed to it in reliance on any other statement or representation by DoorDash, anyone acting on DoorDash's behalf, or other third party(ies).
