Chat Support in the Dasher App

Dasher chat support has moved into the Dasher app, and now you can access it even when you’re not dashing! To access chat support when you’re not on a dash follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to the SideBar Nav menu by tapping on icon in the top left corner of the homescreen

Step 2: Tap on “Help” In the SideBar Dropdown menu – this will open up the Support Hub.

Step 3: Navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap “additional resources”

Step 4: Select how you would like to communicate with a Dasher Support Agent

Cannot access the Dasher app?
