DoorDash for Work Terms and Conditions
By activating and/or using DoorDash for Work on your DoorDash account, you agree to be bound by these DoorDash for Work Terms and Conditions as well as the DoorDash Terms and Conditions Agreement, which is incorporated in this Agreement by reference. The following additional terms and conditions apply to your use of the Services (as defined in the DoorDash Terms and Conditions Agreement):
Data Provided to Your Program Manager. DoorDash may provide details of your order history for any orders placed through your DoorDash for Work account (“Order(s)”) to the provider of your DoorDash for Work program (“Program Manager”). These details may include, but are not limited to: your name and account email address; the names of the stores from which you placed your Order(s); whether you placed a Pickup or Delivery Order; the types of cuisines in your Order(s); the specific items in your Order(s) (including, for example, alcohol); the subtotals of your Order(s); any fees, taxes, and gratuities applicable to your Order(s); any discounts or promotions applied to your Order(s); if applicable, the amount you paid in excess of the Expensed Meal Amount (see below) for any Order(s) placed under an Expensed Meals program; the address(es) where your Order(s) are delivered; and the time(s) at which your Order(s) are placed.
Expensed Meals. If your Program Manager offers an Expensed Meals benefit through which your Program Manager covers the cost of an Order up to a specific amount (the “Expensed Meal Amount”), you will be solely responsible for payment for the remaining difference between the Expensed Meal Amount and the total order amount at checkout.
Corporate Ordering Program. If you have signed up for DoorDash's corporate ordering program, DoorDash will grant you access to the DoorDash for Work portal (the “DDfW Portal”). Through the DDfW Portal, you can (a) offer users that you authorize (each, an “End User”) the ability to place orders that meet certain order requirements established by you for delivery and/or pick-up at participating locations through the DoorDash Services and (b) enroll End Users in DashPass. You may add or remove End Users and associated DashPass subscriptions from the Corporate Ordering Program and set a budget cap (“Budget Cap”) for orders through the DDfW Portal. You will pay DoorDash (i) the total amount of each qualifying order, up to the Budget Cap for each order and (ii) monthly in advance for each DashPass subscription. DashPass subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. If any End User's order total exceeds the Budget Cap, the End User will be responsible for paying the excess amount with his or her own payment method. You agree that any outstanding amounts related to your account and/or End Users’ accounts may be charged to your payment method(s) on file.
Modification of Terms. DoorDash reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of these DoorDash for Work Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these DoorDash for Work Terms and Conditions through the Services. You should regularly review these DoorDash for Work Terms and Conditions, as your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
