How do I add my store logo and header?

  1. Log into the Merchant Portal

  2. Navigate to Settings and select Store Settings

  3. From here, you can add your logo and store header image.

Menus with header images and logos often get more monthly sales than restaurants without images, so this should be a priority when setting up your DoorDash store.

How do I add menu photos?

  1. Navigate to the Menu section and click on the item you want to add photos to.

  2. Once an item’s page is open, there are two ways to add a photo:

    1. Drag and drop a file or select a file to upload.

    2. Select an existing photo from the photo library.

  3. Select which photos you want to add by filtering through different photo sources and reviewing the status as shown on the left side of the modal.

  4. After you upload a photo, the photo editor will open automatically. Using the photo editor, you can:

    • Turn on auto-enhance to quickly improve lighting, color, and clarity.

    • Crop the image and easily change the aspect ratio.

    • Apply new backgrounds to your image, including custom branded backgrounds.

    • Remove text or overlays from your photos to meet DoorDash requirements.

    • Adjust specifics such as saturation, tint, contrast, and brightness.

As you apply changes, you’ll see a preview of your photo on the right-hand side of your screen. You can undo your edits or submit them to save your changes.

What are DoorDash’s photo requirements?

DoorDash requires that photos clearly show menu items in proper lighting, without text or other overlays. Photos should be focused, and have a neutral background, along with a few other requirements which you can find here.
