DashPass Ultra Fast Delivery Terms and Conditions
For a limited time, select DashPass members in select locations may be eligible to receive Ultra-Fast Delivery on select eligible DashPass orders (Ultra-Fast Delivery). Ultra-Fast Delivery is a delivery experience intended to provide eligible orders to customers in approximately 15 minutes, when available. Unless stated otherwise, Ultra-Fast Delivery will be charged at $3.99 per delivery for eligible DashPass members other fees, charges, taxes, and tips associated with an order may apply.
Eligibility: Ultra-Fast Delivery is not available to all DashPass members and is available only to select DashPass members, in select locations, for select participating merchants and eligible orders, as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. You may see Ultra-Fast Delivery displayed in your DoorDash app when it is available to you for a particular order. If you pause or cancel your DashPass subscription at any time, you may lose access to Ultra-Fast Delivery. DoorDash reserves the right to change or revoke eligibility for Ultra-Fast Delivery at any time without notice.
Limited-Time: Ultra-Fast Delivery is being offered for a limited time only. DoorDash may modify, suspend, terminate, cancel, or discontinue the test, or change the locations, merchants, customers, orders, or times for which Ultra-Fast Delivery is available, at any time and without notice. Customers will not be entitled to any substitute, refund, credit, or other compensation if the test or the benefit is modified, suspended, terminated, canceled, discontinued, or unavailable.
Eligible orders: Ultra-Fast Delivery is available only on select DashPass eligible delivery orders from select participating merchants in select locations. Orders must meet any minimum subtotal or other eligibility requirements displayed in the DoorDash platform. DoubleDash, Pickup, group, Merchant-fulfilled, Drive, scheduled, and other order types identified by DoorDash may not be eligible. DoorDash may amend the eligibility requirements for Ultra-Fast Delivery orders, including participating merchants, delivery areas, order types, item availability, minimum or maximum order values, and hours of availability, at any time without notice.
Delivery Timing: Any delivery time shown or described for Ultra-Fast Delivery, including (but not limited to) “approximately 15 minutes” or “as little as 15 minutes”, is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as merchant preparation time, item availability, Dasher availability, traffic, weather, demand, delivery location, order size or complexity, safety considerations, technical issues, or other circumstances. DoorDash may adjust an estimated delivery time before or after an order is placed. An order may remain eligible for delivery even if the actual delivery time exceeds the time initially displayed or described. DoorDash is not responsible for, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law will not be liable for, any delay or failure to meet any estimated, stated, displayed, advertised, or otherwise communicated delivery time.
Modification of terms: DoorDash reserves the right to modify these Ultra-Fast Delivery terms or the Ultra-Fast Delivery offer at any time. DoorDash may also suspend, terminate, cancel, discontinue, restrict, or otherwise change Ultra-Fast Delivery at any time, including for particular customers, merchants, orders, locations, or periods of time. In the event of termination, suspension, unavailability, or modification of Ultra-Fast Delivery, customers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, refund, or compensation solely as a result of such change.
Fraud and misconduct: DoorDash may suspend or revoke a customer’s eligibility for Ultra-Fast Delivery if DoorDash determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer has acted fraudulently, abused or misused the benefit, attempted to manipulate eligibility or delivery timing, or otherwise violated these terms or the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions.
General: Ultra-Fast Delivery is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions. The offer is available only to select DashPass members in select locations, for select participating merchants and eligible orders, as determined by DoorDash. Ultra-Fast Delivery is not available to all DashPass members, merchants, locations, or orders, and availability on any particular order is not guaranteed. DashPass benefits apply only on eligible orders from eligible merchants that satisfy applicable requirements displayed in the DoorDash platform. Ultra-Fast Delivery may not be combined with certain other offers or benefits where indicated. If there is a conflict between these Ultra-Fast Delivery terms and the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions, the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions will govern except with respect to the specific terms of the Ultra-Fast Delivery test described here.
