How do I view orders in the Merchant Portal?

You can view past, scheduled, or live orders at any time by following these steps:

  1. In the Merchant Portal, go to Orders

  2. At the top of the page, choose a tab:

    • Active: Orders currently being prepared or delivered

    • Scheduled: Orders placed for a future time or date

    • History: Orders that have been completed

Each order includes key details such as customer name, order ID, subtotal, fulfillment type, and channel.

Order status

  • Scheduled: Booked for a future time

  • New: Recently received

  • In progress: Being prepared

  • Out for delivery: With a Dasher

Fulfillment details

  • Fulfillment status: Shows Dasher activity (for example, Dasher waiting)

  • Fulfillment type: Delivery or pickup

  • Channel: DoorDash, Online Ordering, or Drive On-Demand

You can also view orders in the Business Manager App and on your DoorDash Tablet.

How can I search for an order?

You can search for an order by Order ID, Drive Order ID, Delivery UUID, Delivery ID, Customer Names, Dasher Names and Store Name.

  1. In the Merchant Portal, go to Orders

  2. Look for the magnifying glass icon above the active orders, on the right.

  3. Use this field to input your search terms.

Where can I find order details?

Mx - Portal - Orders - Details
  1. Go to Orders and select the select the Active, History or Scheduled tab to sort orders.

  2. Click on the order that you want to see more information about.

Here you will be able to see:

  • Customer and Dasher contact information

  • Pickup and delivery time estimates (in completed orders, the actual times)

  • Delivery address

  • Ordering channel and fulfillment method

  • Order and payment details

To see estimated payouts:

  1. Go to Orders and select the History tab

  2. Select the completed delivery

  3. Scroll down to view your Estimated payout

How do I leave Dasher feedback?

  1. Go to Orders and select the History tab

  2. Select the completed delivery

  3. Click on Rate dasher

Your feedback helps us prioritize or block future Dashers for your store.

How do I check if I was paid for a canceled order?

Mx - Portal - Orders - Cancelled

To review a canceled order in the Merchant Portal:

  1. Navigate to Orders and select the History tab

  2. Filter by Canceled, or review the Status column

  3. Click on the Order to open the side panel, under the order number you will see the payment status

The cancellation details show whether you were paid and the reason for payment or non-payment.

Merchants are paid for canceled orders when:

  • The order was confirmed

  • The order was prepared

  • The merchant was not at fault

If you believe a cancellation decision is incorrect, you can contact Merchant Support to dispute the charge.

What happens to scheduled orders when prep starts?

Scheduled orders move to Active automatically based on prep timing.

  • You can set a custom prep time for each scheduled order

  • The order moves to Active when prep should begin

Merchant Portal

  • Orders appear in the Scheduled tab in Merchant Portal

  • When the order reaches prep time, it moves to Active
