Restaurant can't find the order/Order not placed

If a restaurant cannot find the order or was not placed, try following these steps:

  1. Select Help and mark the "Order not Placed."

  2. Ask the merchant if the order was received.

    • If so, ask them to please confirm the order on their respective protocol (Ipad, Phone, POS and Order placer).

    • If not, you can place the order.

  3. When the order is ready, you can swipe as picked up and head to your customer.
