How to request a Free Welcome Gift:

1. Sign up to be a Dasher and you’ll be prompted to submit your mailing address once you download and log in to the Dasher app

2. Start dashing to receive your free welcome gift

3. You will receive an email with tracking information for your free welcome gift’s delivery status.

   • It will take 3-7 business days for the free welcome gift to be delivered

Tracking your Free Welcome Gift:

1. After completing your first dash, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

2. Reasons for a delayed Kit:

   1. Lost in the mail

   2. Mailing address entered incorrectly

   3. Low kit supplies (Example: Spring Break creates VERY high demand for Kits which can result in delays)

   4. The background check takes a few days to approve and process/
