What are single-use accessories?

Single-use accessories include utensils, straws, stirrers, condiment packets, and napkins.

Can I choose if I want to receive single-use accessories?  

• On certain orders in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boulder, Denver and Vancouver, you’ll be able to choose whether or not you want to include single-use food accessories.

I said I didn’t want utensils and condiments but I received them anyway - why?

• We apologize that you received single-use accessories when you didn’t request them.  We are continually working with our restaurant partners to fulfill requests accurately and hope to do better next time.
