DashPass Rewards Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

By activating and using your DashPass Rewards Visa Prepaid card (“DashPass Rewards Card”), you agree to be bound by and comply with these DashPass Rewards Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Program Terms and Conditions”). 

These Rewards Program Terms and Conditions are subject to and should be read in conjunction with the DoorDash DashPass Rewards Visa® PrePaid Card Cardholder Agreement, the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions, the DoorDash’s Promotional Credits Terms and Conditions, and  DashPass Rewards Card Electronic Communications Disclosure, the DoorDash Consumer Privacy Policy, Lincoln Savings Bank Privacy Policy, and the Pay by Bank Terms.

Rewards Program: The DashPass Rewards Card provides you with the opportunity to earn rewards in the form of DoorDash credits when making eligible purchases using their DashPass Rewards Card (“Rewards Program”)

Eligibility: To participate in the Rewards Program, you must reside in the US, have an active DashPass Rewards Card linked to a checking account, and an active DashPass membership in good standing. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years of age or, in the case of account holders residing in states where the age of majority exceeds 18 years of age, have attained the age of majority in the state in which you reside. DoorDash has the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a particular cardholder is eligible to participate in the Rewards Program. You will automatically be enrolled in the Rewards Program after activating your DashPass Rewards. 

Data Sharing and Usage: In order to provide and operate the Rewards Program, DoorDash will receive and use prepaid debit card data and all Transaction Data from Lincoln Savings Bank to:

  • Monitor your transactions and determine which qualify for or have earned rewards and provide you with credit or other rewards or benefits.  

  • Target offers that may be of interest to you in the future.

  • Analyze the data to measure the effectiveness of the Rewards Program and create performance reports that may be shared with Participating Merchants, vendors, or offer networks.  

  • Provide Transaction Data to participating merchants or their agents to facilitate and administer the Rewards Program, to validate qualifying transactions, and assess the results of campaigns.

Transaction Data” means merchant name, merchant location or other store identifier, transaction date, transaction amount, the last 4 digits of your credit card, and any other information that Lincoln Savings Bank may make available to us in connection with your card activity.

You authorize Lincoln Savings Bank, financial intermediaries, card networks, program managers, and providers of payment processing or other technology services (collectively, the “Card Related Parties”) to provide DoorDash with Transaction Data for these purposes. You may opt out of the above-referenced data sharing by terminating your Card Account.

Earnings Rewards: After enrollment, you may earn rewards by making purchases using your DashPass Rewards Card in accordance with the transaction types listed below. 

On Platform Spend 

Any purchases you make on the DoorDash platform using your DashPass Rewards Card will earn a % back of the order subtotal in the form of DoorDash credits. The subtotal value will not include any fees, taxes, or gratuity and will also not include any promotional discounts or the value of any DoorDash credits used to purchase the order. The value of your % back earned in credits can be found within the DashPass Rewards Card page within your DoorDash app. To access this page, open your app, click ‘me’ (in the bottom right-hand corner), click settings, and then click “DashPass Rewards Card.”   

In-store purchases at ALDI, Meijer, Dollar General & 7-Eleven

Any in-store purchases you make at select ALDI, Meijer, Dollar General & 7-Eleven will earn 5% credit back of the order subtotal in the form of DoorDash credits. The subtotal value will not include any fees, taxes or gratuity and will also not include any promotional discounts. The value of rewards earned from these in-store purchases will be capped at $25 per day across all participating merchants. 

In-store purchases in Detroit

You may also earn rewards by using your DashPass Rewards Card to make purchases at select stores in the Detroit, Michigan area. To find participating stores, see the 'Rewards' tab in the DoorDash app. The reward earned from these purchases will be $5 in DoorDash credit, subject to the purchases having a subtotal of $15 or greater. The subtotal value will not include any fees, taxes or gratuity and will also not include any promotional discounts. You will be limited to earning $5 in DoorDash credits per day at each participating location.   


Bonus Reward: You will earn a one-off reward of $100 in DoorDash credits if you spend $1,500 on your DashPass Rewards Card within 3 months of activating your DashPass Rewards Card (“Bonus Reward”). The Bonus Reward is strictly limited to one per customer.    

Limitations on earnings: In addition to the limits stated above, DoorDash may set further limits on the amount of DoorDash credits you may earn. These limits may apply to the value of DoorDash credits earned on each purchase or the sum of DoorDash credits earned within a period of time (e.g., a limitation on the amount of DoorDash credits that you may earn in a day or a year).  

Exclusions: Whether a purchase qualifies for earnings rewards will be at DoorDash’s sole discretion, and DoorDash reserves the right to exclude certain purchases from earning rewards without prior notice. In particular, DoorDash may exclude purchases containing restricted items from earning rewards in its sole discretion without prior notice.    

Calculating rewards: The amount of DoorDash credits earned for each qualifying purchase is determined solely by DoorDash. All reward values assigned by DoorDash to qualifying purchases are final and not subject to dispute.

Redeeming your rewards: DoorDash credits earned through the Rewards Program will be automatically deposited into your DoorDash account on a regular basis. For example, Rewards earned from Monday through Sunday will be automatically added to your DoorDash account as DoorDash credits by the end of the following week, typically on Friday. DoorDash reserves the right to deposit earned credits at any time and not necessarily on a weekly basis. 

DoorDash credits may be used solely for purchases on the DoorDash platform in accordance with DoorDash’s Promotional Credits Terms and Conditions. DoorDash credits expire 6 (six) months from the date of issue, credits may expire earlier if your DoorDash account is deactivated or deleted. DoorDash credits may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent and do not have a cash value; DoorDash credits can only be redeemed for DoorDash orders on www.doordash.com or in the DoorDash app with the latest version, and within DoorDash service areas and service hours. DoorDash credits cannot be applied to the purchase of alcohol where prohibited. DoorDash credits apply to order subtotals only and do not apply to fees, taxes, or gratuity. DoorDash credits may not be combined with any other offer unless otherwise permitted. DoorDash credits cannot be applied to the purchase of any gift cards unless otherwise permitted. DoorDash credits may differ from other types of DoorDash credits that you may receive, including credits that you have purchased (“Purchased Credits”), which are governed by the DoorDash Purchased Credits Terms and Conditions

Adjustments:  DoorDash reserves the right to make adjustments to and revoke your rewards as the result of canceled transactions, fraudulent transactions, refunds, or other credits from merchants (including those resulting from successful transaction disputes). If DoorDash determines that an adjustment is required due to a canceled transaction, fraudulent transaction, refund,  credit from a merchant, or any other reason,n DoorDash may revoke your DoorDash credits and may also adjust the value of your rewards that have been accrued but not yet deposited as DoorDash credits into your account. 

Removal from Rewards Program: DoorDash reserves the right to remove you from the Rewards Program, cancel your DashPass Rewards Card, cancel your DashPass subscription, and revoke any awarded rewards at any time and at its sole discretion without notice. DoorDash may exercise its right under this provision for any reason, including without limitation (i) you no longer meet the eligibility requirements of the Rewards Program, and (ii) DoorDash suspects or has reason to suspect that you are acting or attempting to act in a fraudulent manner.

Modification; Termination. DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without any notice to users. This may include amending how rewards are earned and the value of rewards earned under the Rewards Program. In the event of termination or modification of the Reward Program, users will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation for any unredeemed or accrued DoorDash credits. DoorDash further reserves the right to amend these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. 

Release: You hereby release and hold harmless DoorDash and the Card Related Parties from any liability, claim, or damage relating to the Rewards Program or the information shared with DoorDash.  Specifically, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Card Related Parties and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents will not be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Rewards Program or any information, products, or other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible through the Rewards Program (or information shared by the Card Related Parties as described above), including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
