How can I receive my weekly pay statements?

Navigate to the DoorDash Merchant Portal and select "Payments" to see all historical and pending payments to your bank account.

Click on individual Payment IDs to see the orders from that week. This table provides the transaction IDs (also found on the Deliveries tab), the date of the orders, the deposits, withholdings, and deposit details. You can also click on "Delivery" for each transaction, and it will show you the details for that order (subtotal, tax, and commission).

NOTE: Our payment period runs from Monday through Sunday. Payments are made the following Thursday for the prior week. If your store is reimbursed for an error charge from a previous week, keep in mind that additional payment will affect the current payment period’s total. Because of these reasons, your Payments tab may not match up with the net payout on your Deliveries tab. Use all Payments listed on the page to help with accounting purposes.​
