Can my store be removed from the DoorDash platform?
We are incredibly sad to be parting ways, but will certainly honor your request to deactivate your store on DoorDash. Follow the steps below depending on if you received a DoorDash tablet or not:
I am not a DoorDash partner and do not have a DoorDash Tablet:
CONTACT MERCHANT SUPPORT to request a deactivation. Fill out your store information, select “Account Support” in the dropdown and briefly detail your request to deactivate.
If you have any questions or your restaurant is still active on DoorDash, please fill out the SUPPORT HELP FORM. Please note permanent deactivations take 24-48 hours to process.
If you change your mind and would like to rejoin the DoorDash platform, let us know by submitting a PARTNERSHIP APPLICATION FORM.
I am a DoorDash partner and I have a DoorDash Tablet:
CONTACT MERCHANT SUPPORT to request a deactivation. Fill out your store information, select “Account Support” in the dropdown, briefly detail your request to deactivate and mention you have a DoorDash tablet.
You will receive an email from FedEx titled “DoorDash: Return Shipping Label” with a return label for your DoorDash Tablet. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
Ship the tablet within the next 7 business days to avoid potential equipment charges.
