Overview

Trying to make night deliveries to locations where the customer doesn’t have their porch lights on can make it harder for Dashers to deliver to the correct address. To make it easier for you to quickly find the correct location, we’ll send a message to your customers asking them to turn on their exterior lights.

How it works:

• If a customer places an order between sunset and sunrise (local time), they will receive a message from DoorDash requesting that they turn on their exterior lights.
