What if I cannot fulfill an order?
If you cannot fulfill an order, please contact DoorDash customer support immediately at 855-973-1040 so that we can contact the customer and dasher directly.
If you use a DoorDash tablet, you can always adjust the prep time if you're going to simply be delayed making the order.
