An order that I was prepping was just cancelled. What can I do? 

When an order is cancelled, you will seen the following notification on your tablet. 

If you have already prepared food for the cancelled order, you can be refunded for the food cost. Reach out to our support team with the order ID, customer name, and a description of what happened. 

You can contact our live support team by clicking on the three vertical red dots in the top right corner of the order. On the options that pop up, select Contact Support.
