Do I get paid for cancelled orders?

If you have not accepted an order, the consumer has the option of cancelling the order in-app. If you have accepted the order and begun preparing the order, the consumer will need to contact DoorDash support to cancel the order. In this scenario, a DoorDash support agent will contact you to determine if you have begun preparing the food. If DoorDash Support can verify you began prepping the food, you will be paid for the order.
