Worry-free Declines Pilot
Worry-free Declines is a limited-time pilot for eligible Platinum Dashers. It gives you more flexibility to
decline select offers without that decline affecting your Acceptance Rate. Check the Rewards or Ratings tab in the Dasher app to see whether this pilot is available to you.
How it works
For every 20 eligible deliveries you accept and complete while you’re Platinum, you’ll earn 1 Worry-free
Decline. Eligible excused unassigns also count toward your progress.
You can hold up to 5 Worry-free Declines at a time. Your current balance and progress toward your next Worry-free Decline are available in the Dasher app.
When you receive an offer you don’t want to accept, you can choose to use a Worry-free Decline during the decline flow. If you use one, that declined offer will not affect your Acceptance Rate.

A: When you receive an offer, start by declining it. If you have a Worry-free Decline available, you’ll see the option to use it during the decline flow. Turn the option on and confirm your decline. That offer will not affect your Acceptance Rate.
Q: Do I have to use a Worry-free Decline every time I decline an offer?
A: No. You choose when to use a Worry-free Decline. If you do not select the option, the decline will affect your Acceptance Rate as usual.
Q: How many Worry-free Declines can I have at once?
A: You can hold up to 5 Worry-free Declines at a time.
Q: Where can I see my balance and progress?
A: Go to the Rewards or Ratings tab in the Dasher app to see your available Worry-free Declines and progress toward your next one.
Q: What happens if I drop below Platinum?
A: You’ll keep any Worry-free Declines you have already earned, but you won’t be able to earn or use them while you are below Platinum. Once you return to Platinum, you can continue earning and using them if the pilot is still available to you.
Q: Why don’t I see the option to use a Worry-free Decline?
A: This pilot is only available to select Dashers and may not be available in every area or at every time. You may also need to have an available Worry-free Decline and be currently Platinum to use one.
