NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SECTION 9 OF THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW CLAIMS THAT YOU AND WE HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS THAT AROSE OR WERE ASSERTED BEFORE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IN PARTICULAR, SECTION 9 INCORPORATES THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT ("ICA") TO WHICH YOU AGREED UPON SIGNING UP FOR A DASHER ACCOUNT. THAT ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REQUIRES DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION AND COULD AFFECT YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN PENDING OR PROPOSED CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The 2026 Dasher Appreciation Week Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who, at the time of completing an Entry (defined below), (1) have signed up for a Dasher account with DoorDash and have an active account in good standing during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), (2) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and (3) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you do not have a Dasher account, signing up for one is free. By signing up for a Dasher account, you agree to the DoorDash Independent Contractor Agreement. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of DoorDash, Inc. ("Sponsor"), McDonald’s Corporation, and parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies; any marketing agencies and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the prize provider (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties") and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and, as applicable, the "steps" of each) and all persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related. Any individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Sponsor ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules ("Official Rules") and by the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") on September 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on September 18, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways (each an "Entry"):

QR Code Entry: Scan the Sweepstakes QR code displayed at a participating McDonald's restaurant in the United States. Complete the entry form in its entirety and submit the form found at that link, including the email address associated with your Dasher account, your first and last name, and the state, city, and street address of the participating McDonald's restaurant. The email address you provide must match the email address on your Dasher account; if it does not, Sponsor may be unable to verify your eligibility, and your Entry may be disqualified.

OR

Mail-In Entry: To enter without visiting a participating McDonald's restaurant, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, the email address associated with your Dasher account, telephone number, date of birth, and the words "2026 Dasher Appreciation Week Sweepstakes" on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped, and hand-printed #10 envelope to DoorDash, Inc., Attn: 2026 Dasher Appreciation Week Sweepstakes, 303 2nd Street, South Street Tower, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94107. All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by no later than September 18, 2026, and received by no later than September 25, 2026. No photocopied, computer-generated, mechanically reproduced, mass-mailed, or mass-stamped Mail-In Entries permitted. Mail-In Entries have equal odds of winning as QR Code Entries.

Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries in excess of this limit will be void and disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process, are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

4. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES

Each Entry must be submitted by the entrant on the entrant's own behalf and must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain information Sponsor determines to be false, fraudulent, or belonging to another person are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify any Entry, including verifying that the email address submitted corresponds to an active Dasher account in good standing, and to disqualify any Entry that cannot be so verified. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about September 25, 2026, nine hundred (900) potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners on or about September 25, 2026, via email at the email address provided in the Entry, and such potential winners must respond within the time period indicated in the initial notification.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law).

If a potential winner (i) is determined to be ineligible, (ii) fails to respond to the initial verification message within one (1) week of notification or after three (3) attempts (whichever occurs first), (iii) fails to return all required documentation fully executed within the specific period of time, (iv) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) declines to accept the prize, the potential winner forfeits the prize in its entirety, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting. Up to three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize, after which such prize will remain unawarded. Prize will be sent to winners via email at the email address provided at the time of winner confirmation.

6. PRIZE(S)

Nine hundred (900) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) DoorDash gift code redeemable toward a DoorDash order with a value of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) (each, a "Prize"). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $25.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $22,500.00. Gift codes are subject to the DoorDash Gift Card Terms and Conditions and to any expiration date communicated to the winner.

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided. Winner will provide all documentation as requested by Sponsor in order to comply with federal, provincial, local, or other applicable tax reporting requirements.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner cannot substitute, transfer, or redeem the non-cash portion of the prize for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person. Sponsor is under no obligation to award more than the number of prizes stated herein.

7. GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES/PUBLICITY GRANT

By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image, and/or likeness of the entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, the entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, incomplete, or delayed entries, Dashes, emails, mail, or other communications, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to unauthorized human intervention or for technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers; computer hardware or software failures; phone lines; traffic congestion on the internet or any website; or any other technical problems, including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications, which may prevent the receipt of an entry or otherwise limit an entrant's ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or any Sweepstakes-related materials.

As a condition of entering and by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing if requested by Sponsor) that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (i) (i) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.

Furthermore, as a condition of entering and by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that submission of an Entry constitutes full permission to the Sweepstakes Parties (and their respective licensees and designees) to exhibit, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, publish, sell, distribute, perform, use and re-use, by any means, whether now known or hereinafter developed, for any purpose and in any manner, without further notification, authorization, or compensation to entrant or anyone on entrant's behalf, the entrant's name, nickname, image, voice, biographical information, any testimonial statement, photograph, and/or other likeness, however captured, and any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of, in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize, in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, and entrants represents and warrants that no further permission is required for such use, unless prohibited by law.

9. ARBITRATION

THIS SECTION 9 OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE REFERRED TO AS THE "ARBITRATION AGREEMENT."

Please read this Section 9 carefully. It requires that any and all claims between you and DoorDash be resolved by binding arbitration and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, prevents you from pursuing a class action or similar proceeding in any forum.

When you signed up for a Dasher account, you agreed to the Independent Contractor Agreement ("ICA"). The ICA contains an arbitration agreement requiring "any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement," including "all . . . aspects of [your] relationship with DoorDash," to "be resolved in arbitration on an individual basis only." This Sweepstakes arises out of or relates to the ICA and your relationship with DoorDash. Thus, the ICA's arbitration agreement requires any disputes related to this Sweepstakes to be arbitrated on an individual basis. 10. LEGAL WARNING

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. SPONSOR'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at its discretion based on all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. In the event that an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or destroyed, the entrant's sole remedy shall be another entry into the Sweepstakes.

12. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules; entrants' rights and obligations; or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

13. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Dasher Privacy Policy.

14. WINNER LIST

For the name(s) of the winner(s), send an email and include "2026 Dasher Appreciation Week Sweepstakes" as the subject line to sweepstakes@doordash.com by no later than October 25, 2026.
