Mobile app users

To report your order arrived late on the DoorDash app follow these steps below:

IOS

  1. Select the order from the “Orders” button

  2. Tap "Help" 

  3. Under “Delivery Issues”, select “Order Arrived late”

  4. Follow the prompts on the screen to report the issue to our team

ANDROID

  1. Select the order from the “Orders” tab

  2. Tap "Help" 

  3. Under “Delivery Issues”, select “Order Arrived late”

  4. Follow the prompts on the screen to report the issue to our team

Desktop users

To report you order arrived late on the DoorDash website follow these steps below:

  1. Select the "Orders" button in the bottom left-hand corner

  2. Select "Orders" and choose the corresponding order

  3. Select "Help

  4. Under "Delivery issues", select "Order arrived late"

  5. Follow the prompts on the screen to report the issue to our team
