I want to delete my personal information / data from DoorDash

As of 1/1/2019, Consumers will be able to:

• Understand the personal information that DoorDash and Caviar collect, use and share with third parties

• Access and download the personal information DoorDash and Caviar use

• Delete personal information (some exceptions apply)

Access and Download your personal information:

To download or delete your information you must verify your identity using our 2-step verification.

1. Navigate to your Account Settings from the home page.

2. Click on Manage Account on the top right of your profile box.

3. Select Request Archive and follow through the steps.

Delete your personal information:

Keep in mind, DoorDash cannot delete your personal information / data if you have pending deliveries.

2. Click on Manage Account on the top right of your profile box.

3. Select Delete Account and follow through the steps.
