Zone Currently Closed to New Dashers

Overview

Depending on how many Dashers are in a particular area at a given time, access to that area may be temporarily closed to new Dashers. If you see the screen below while signing up to dash, it means that the area in which you are signing up already has enough active Dashers on the road and is currently closed to new Dashers.

You can click on “Notify me when this changes” to receive a notification when new Dashers are needed in your area. When your area opens up to more new Dashers, you can finish signing up and start dashing!

A: If you are seeing the screen shown above, you can click on “Notify me when this changes” to receive a notification when new Dashers are needed in your area. Alternatively, you can periodically return to your Dasher application to check whether or not your area is available for new Dashers.

Q: How do I finish signing up to dash when my area is available to new Dashers again?

A: Once your area opens again for new Dashers, you may follow the steps below to continue the sign up process:

  • Open the Dasher app (iPhone or Android)

  • Click “Log In”

  • Log in with your phone number that you previously used to start signing up
