What is DashPass?
DashPass is DoorDash's membership program that unlocks exclusive savings at restaurants, grocery stores, and more. DashPass members get $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and special discounts on eligible orders at participating merchants.

My DashPass Benefits did not apply to my last order?
The most common reason: your order didn't meet the merchant's subtotal minimum.
Your DashPass benefits only apply once your order meets a participating store's order minimum. If your order subtotal comes in under that amount, your DashPass savings won’t apply.
To avoid this next time, look for the purple DashPass icon under the merchant's name — it means the store is eligible for DashPass, and the app will show you exactly how much more to add to reach the minimum.
I see an unauthorized charge of $9.99.
Seeing an unfamiliar charge on your account can be alarming, and we’re here to help. A few things to check first:
Consider who else has access to your account. If a family member or partner has your login info, they may have placed an order using your saved payment information from a different device.
If you don't have a DoorDash account, consider anyone you've shared your credit card information with — they may have used it to place an order on their own account.
If your bank statement says "DoorDash DashPass" or "DashPass," that's a charge for your membership. You can verify it by opening Manage DashPass and checking Billing History.
What else is included?
In addition to the DashPass savings above, members also enjoy exclusive benefits, like priority customer support and DashPass-only promotions.
Will my DashPass benefits apply to both Caviar and DoorDash?
Yes — as long as you use the same login information for both Caviar and DoorDash, your DashPass benefits will automatically be available on both platforms.
Who is eligible for DashPass free trial?
We offer a free trial for users who have not previously tried DashPass (whether on a free or paid plan). Once your trial is over, you will be automatically enrolled in the membership plan you selected at sign-up and a payment method in your DoorDash account will be charged. Your membership will auto-renew on your membership billing date until you cancel. DoorDash may change the eligibility requirements for a free DashPass trial at any time without notice. What will happen if I cancel my free trial?
If you cancel during a trial period, your benefits will be terminated immediately. If you cancel after the billing date your subscription will be charged to your default payment method and DashPass benefits will be valid till the end of the billing cycle.
How much does it cost?
DoorDash offers monthly and annual DashPass plans, plus discounted memberships for eligible users like students. See current DashPass plans for live pricing.
How can I sign up for DashPass?
Mobile app users
To sign up for DashPass on the DoorDash app follow these steps:
Open your DoorDash app
Tap the account icon at the top of the screen
Tap "Get $0 delivery fees with DashPass"
DashPass benefits and a link to Terms and Conditions are displayed on the “Get DashPass” page
The recurring monthly charge will be billed to the card displayed on screen (this is your default card on file with the last 4 digits displayed)
You can change to a different card by clicking on Change
Tap on “Get DashPass” button to sign up
You will get an in-app confirmation after successfully signing up
Desktop users
To sign up for DashPass on the DoorDash website follow these steps:
Log in to your account on the DoorDash website
Click Account in the bottom left corner
Select Get Free Deliveries
DashPass Benefits and a link to Terms and Conditions are displayed on the “Get DashPass” page
The recurring monthly charge will be billed to the card displayed on screen (this is your default card on file with the last 4 digits displayed)
You can change to a different card by clicking on Payment
Select Get DashPass button to sign up
You will get an in-app confirmation after successfully signing up
How can I use it?
Once you're a member, using DashPass is simple:
Choose an eligible restaurant or store — look for the purple DashPass icon — and add items to your cart.
Meet the order minimum to unlock your savings. If you haven't yet, the checkout page shows exactly how much more to add.
Your DashPass savings apply automatically at checkout.
