What is DashPass?

DashPass is a paid subscription by DoorDash (available for $9.99/monthly or $96/annually, plus taxes) that unlocks savings and exclusive benefits, including:

  • Reduced Fees: $0 delivery fees and lower service fees on eligible orders

  • Best Selection: Access to thousands of local and national favorites in your neighborhood

  • Grocery Savings: Reduced fees on eligible grocery delivery orders, including everyday essentials and more

  • Pickup Perks: 5% back in DoorDash credits on eligible Pickup orders

  • Exclusive Offers: Special access to member-only deals and items

  • No Commitment: Members can cancel anytime with a seamless cancellation process

How does DashPass work?

  • DashPass is available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($96/year) basis.

  • DashPass benefits only apply at participating merchants on orders that meet the minimum subtotal.

How do I access free DashPass?

  • Eligible T-Mobile members can redeem their free DashPass subscription through the Benefits tab in the T-Life app on Android and iOS from June 30, 2026, 5:00 am ET through  July 14, 2026, 4:59 am ET.

  • T-Mobile members, within the first 30 days of signing up or upgrading to Experience Beyond or Experience More plans, can redeem their free 12-month DashPass membership through the homepage of the T-Life app. Not on an eligible plan? Click here to upgrade

Who can get a free DashPass?

  • From 5 a.m. ET on June 30, 2026through 4:59 a.m. ET on July 14, 2026, Experience Beyond and Experience More, Go5G Next and Go5G Plus, Magenta MAX, and T-Mobile ONE with ONE+ plans are eligible to receive free DashPass. T-Mobile members with Go5G, Magenta, Magenta Plus, or T-Mobile ONE plans must have two or more lines on their account to be eligible. Existing 

  • Members in their first thirty days of tenure on the Experience Beyond and Experience More plans are eligible to redeem 12 months of free DashPass. Existing DashPass members can take advantage of the DashPass perk.

What happens when my DashPass perk ends?

  • Members will be able to re-enroll in 2026 during the re-enrollment window from June 30, 2026, 5:00 am ET through July 14, 4:59 am ET. If members do not re-enroll during this window, upon the conclusion of the initial free 12 months, DashPass will automatically renew at the then-current monthly plan membership fee (currently $9.99/month + taxes), unless canceled. DoorDash will send you a reminder communication towards the end of your promotional period.  

I already have DashPass. Am I eligible for this perk?

  • Yes, you can take advantage of this offer even if you already have DashPass. You’ll enjoy 12 months for free when you redeem the perk through T-Life. You can only be enrolled in one DashPass plan at a time. To see your current DoorDash plan, in your DoorDash app, go to Account -> Manage DashPass.

  • If you already have a DashPass account and have paid for the month/year, as soon as you redeem the DashPass perk, you’ll transition onto the 12-month free trial.

    • Note: Your current DashPass membership may have additional benefits you may lose if you switch plans.

What if I don’t have a DoorDash account?

  • It's no problem. Once you click and save the perk, you can redeem your free DashPass through DoorDash by clicking “Redeem.” You will be prompted to create a DoorDash account if you do not have one already.

What happens to my DashPass if I am no longer on a qualifying T-Mobile rate plan?

  • If there are changes to your T-Mobile rate plan that disqualify you from the DashPass perk, your DashPass membership will automatically switch to a paid DashPass Monthly plan at the then-current monthly rate (currently $9.99/month + tax), billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel. DoorDash will send you a reminder 30 days before your plan transitions, giving you time to cancel and avoid any charges. If you cancel before your paid membership begins, you won’t be billed.

Is DashPass automatically included with my plan? Does it cost extra?

  • DashPass is free for 12 months when T-Mobile members on eligible plans redeem the perk through T-Life. Members will be able to enroll during the enrollment window from June 30, 2026, 5:00 am ET through July 14, 4:59 am ET. After the free DashPass subscription, if members fail to re-enroll during this window, DashPass will automatically renew at the then-current DashPass monthly plan membership fee (currently $9.99/month  + tax), until canceled. DoorDash will send you a reminder communication towards the end of your promotional period.

I participated in the previous Tuesday’s DashPass perk. Can another line on my account get this perk?

  • No. Only one DoorDash DashPass On Us perk is available per T-Mobile account. 

I redeemed through the T-Life app during the benefit launch in July 2025. What’s next?

  • Good news! This perk will be coming back for eligible members from June 30, 2026, 5:00 am ET through July 14, 2026, 4:59 am ET, to keep the free DashPass going. Stay tuned for details!

I redeemed my DashPass through the T-Life app during the Free Pie Offer in November 2025. When am I eligible for another 12 months of free DashPass? 

  • To ensure you have free DashPass for another 12 months, eligible members must re-enroll between June 30, 2026, 5:00 am ET and July 14, 2026, 4:59 am ET. If members do not re-enroll during this time, they lose the ability to get another year of free DashPass and will switch to a paid DashPass Monthly plan at the then-current monthly rate ($9.99/month) + tax when their 12 months of free DashPass is up.    

What happens if I currently have HBO Max with my DashPass Annual Plan?

  • The HBO Max Basic With Ads Plan and the discounted HBO Max Standard Plan are not available with this free DashPass benefit for T-Mobile members. By enrolling in this free DashPass benefit for T-Mobile members, you’ll lose any existing HBO Max Basic With Ads Plan or HBO Max Standard Plan.
