How do I make a return on DoorDash?

To make a return:

  1. Go to your order history, which you can find by heading to the Me Tab and then selecting the Orders icon.

  2. Choose the order that includes the item you want to return from your past orders list and tap the “return” button to start your return.

  3. Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason you want to return them.

  4. Follow the instructions on the Returns Summary page (make sure to read the Return Policy for the Merchant before heading to the store).

  5. Head to the Merchant’s store that’s most convenient for you. At checkout (or the dedicated return section in store), tell the store associate you are making a DoorDash return and present the return barcode from the Return Summary tab.

  6. After the associate scans the barcode, confirm it was scanned in-app and follow prompts for details on your refund, including whether the Merchant is supposed to provide you store credit.
