Store Rewards - Terms & Conditions

Store Rewards Program: From time to time, select Merchants and/or DoorDash may choose to offer a loyalty points program (each, a “Store Rewards Program”) in which consumers accrue loyalty points (“Points”) on eligible orders from a particular Merchant and can redeem Points (from that same Merchant) for a reward selected by the Merchant or DoorDash (each, a “Reward”). Certain Store Rewards Programs are only available to select customers with an active DashPass subscription (DashPass Store Rewards Program). The DashPass Store Rewards Program will not be made available to all customers with an active DashPass subscription, but only to select customers as determined by DoorDash from time to time in its sole discretion.

Subject to eligibility requirements, no additional registration, enrollment, or information is required for participation in the Store Rewards Program or the DashPass Store Rewards Program. Points will accrue automatically on eligible purchases from participating Merchants. Consumers must have a valid DoorDash account and a valid form of accepted payment on file in order to accrue and use Points. Points accrue on a per-Merchant basis and can be redeemed on a per-Merchant basis only.

Canceled Orders: Points will not accrue for any canceled orders, whether canceled by Consumer or by Merchant.

Eligible Items; Restrictions: Each Store Rewards Program is subject to Merchant’s or DoorDash’s selection of how Points are accrued and what Rewards may be earned and redeemed. Points cannot be earned on or redeemed on alcohol items or on any other restricted items, as determined by DoorDash from time to time. Points cannot be redeemed with any other promotion or combined to redeem more than one reward per order. DoorDash and Merchant reserve the right to update at any time which items are eligible to accrue Points for future purchases. To view your current Points with any Merchant, visit the Merchant’s store page on DoorDash.

Redeeming a Reward: Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Rewards will be applied toward an order subtotal only (prior to the applicability of any fees). Rewards cannot be redeemed in part and any unused portion of a Reward will be forfeited if the consumer does not redeem the full value of the Reward in one order. For example, if a consumer earns a Reward of $10 off their next order and chooses to redeem the Reward on a $5 order, the full Reward is used on that order and cannot be redeemed on any subsequent order.

Expiration of Rewards: Merchants or DoorDash may choose whether Rewards accrued for their Store Rewards Programs either (i) expire after a specified period of time following their accrual; or (ii) never expire. A consumer’s progress towards a Reward will expire after a certain period of time as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. Rewards as well as progress towards a Reward accrued under the DashPass Store Rewards Program will expire after a certain period of time as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. Should a consumer’s Reward or progress towards a Reward expire, consumers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation. For Merchants whose Rewards expire after a specified period of time, consumers may view any Rewards they’ve accrued and their expiration date by visiting the Merchant’s store page on DoorDash.

In-Store Orders: Notwithstanding any other provision in these terms and conditions to the contrary, a consumer may be able to accrue Points and earn and redeem Rewards for qualifying in-store orders (as determined by DoorDash) at certain locations of participating Merchants where such orders meet all applicable requirements of DoorDash’s Going Out program (which may require, for example, the consumer to “check-in” at the Merchant’s location) (“In-Store Orders”). For participating Merchants, a consumer’s In-Store Orders and eligible delivery or pickup orders on the DoorDash platform (“Marketplace Orders”) will each contribute toward accruing Points and earning Rewards, and a consumer may redeem a Reward in connection with either an In-Store Order or a Marketplace Order. Related to accruing Points on In-Store Orders: (a) for a visit-based Store Rewards Program, placing a qualifying In-Store Order will be equivalent to placing a Marketplace Order that is eligible to accrue Points; and (b) for a spend-based Store Rewards Program, placing an In-Store Order will be equivalent to placing a Marketplace Order of a particular amount as determined by DoorDash and/or Merchant. To redeem a Reward for an In-Store Order, the consumer must do so in the Going Out section of the DoorDash app. The Going Out program is only available in select geographic areas and is governed by these terms and conditions.

Modification; Termination: DoorDash and/or each Merchant reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Store Rewards Programs or the DashPass Store Rewards Program at any time without any notice to consumers. In the event of termination or modification of the Store Rewards Program or the DashPass Store Rewards Program, consumers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation for unredeemed Points/Rewards.

Miscellaneous: Consumer use and access of the Store Rewards Program and the DashPass Store Rewards Program is subject to the Doordash Consumer Terms and Conditions. Store Rewards Programs and the DashPass Store Rewards Program are available for select US residents only. Neither Points nor Rewards may be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, sold, or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent.
