Effective Date: August 15, 2024
Use Cases Rewards Program. From time to time, DoorDash may choose to offer a reward program (each, a “Use Case Rewards Program”) in which consumers may earn a reward (“Reward”) by completing a set number of certain types of purchases within a specific time period (each a “Challenge”). Use Case Rewards Programs are not available to all DoorDash customers, but only available to select customers as determined by DoorDash from time to time at its own discretion. Subject to eligibility requirements, no additional registration, enrollment, or information is required for participation in the Use Case Rewards Program. Progression through a Challenge will be tracked automatically within the DoorDash platform and will occur following the completion of specific purchases as disclosed by DoorDash within its platform. Consumers must have a valid DoorDash account and a valid form of accepted payment on file in order to accrue and use Points.
Operation of Challenges. Each Challenge is subject to DoorDash’s criteria regarding the number and type of purchases that are required to be completed in order for the Challenge to be successfully progressed and completed and a Reward to be awarded. DoorDash may also set a time limit in which Challenges must be completed. If Challenges are not completed within the set time limit, all progress towards Challenge completion will be forfeited. Challenges will not be progressed on orders containing alcohol or on any other restricted items, as determined by DoorDash from time to time. DoorDash reserves the right to update at any time the type of orders required to complete a Challenge and the operation of Challenges in general.
Canceled Orders. Orders that are canceled whether by consumer, Merchant or DoorDash will not constitute a valid order for progressing through a Challenge.
Redeeming a Reward. Rewards awarded after completing a Challenge will need to be redeemed within a set period of time as set by DoorDash in its sole discretion. Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Rewards will be applied toward an order subtotal only (prior to the applicability of any fees). Each Reward will be subject to its own terms and conditions and determined by DoorDash and DoorDash’s general Promotional Offers Terms and Conditions. Rewards cannot be redeemed in part and any unused portion of a Reward will be forfeited if the consumer does not redeem the full value of the Reward in one order. For example, if a consumer earns a Reward of $10 off their next order and chooses to redeem the Reward on a $5 order, the full Reward is used on that order and cannot be redeemed on any subsequent order.
Expiration of Challenges. Challenges as well as progression through Challenges will expire after a certain period of time as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. Should a Challenge expire or otherwise be terminated, consumer’s progress through that Challenge will be forfeited and consumers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit or compensation for the expired Challenge.
Modification; Termination. DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or discontinue the Use Case Rewards Programs or any Challenge at any time without any notice to consumers. In the event of termination or modification of the Use Case Rewards Programs or a Challenge, consumers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit or compensation for unredeemed Rewards or for progressions through a Challenge.
Miscellaneous. Consumer use and access of the Use Case Rewards Programs or any Challenge is subject to the Doordash Consumer Terms and Conditions. Use Case Rewards Programs and Challenges are only available for select US residents only. Rewards may be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, sold, or redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent.
