To enter the "DoorDash Holiday 2025 Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access and an active e-mail account to participate. Winners will be randomly selected.

The Gift Promo Codes (The prize as described in Rule #9 below) will expire at 11:59 PM PT on December 24, 2025 and therefore must be redeemed and used by then. Any Gift Promo Codes not redeemed before the expiration date and time will be forfeited and Sponsor has no further responsibility to the Winner. The Gift Promo Codes can only be used at retail stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The Gift Promo Codes will not be redeemable at restaurants or to purchase any alcohol
1. SPONSOR: DoorDash, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 303 2nd St, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94107.
2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, Woodstock, NY 12498.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who meet all of the following criteria: (a) must have a DoorDash account in good standing at time of entry; (b) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence ("Entrant");. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors [including Dashers as well as brand ambassadors/influencers], and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners must provide proof of U.S. residency upon request prior to prize award. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: For eligible individuals, the Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on December 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT, on December 21, 2025 ("Entry Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Pacific Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. ENTRY METHODS: During the Sweepstakes Period, DoorDash (@doordash), will share one or more posts on Instagram (each a “Sweepstakes Post” and collectively the “Sweepstakes Posts”). This Post(s) will feature content themed around “DoorDash Holiday 2025 Sweepstakes” During the Sweepstakes Period an entrant may enter as follows:
Have an active DoorDash account in good standing during the Sweepstakes Period
Follow Sponsor (@doordash) on Instagram if you do not already
Locate one of the Sweepstakes Post and leave a comment and include #HolidayRescueSweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Hashtag") in the comments section ("Comment") of the Sweepstakes Post.
You will receive an Instagram direct message (“DM”) from the Sponsor immediately after posting your Comment with a link to a form you must complete in its entirety and submit. The form will request your first and last name, your email address that is associated with your DoorDash account, the holiday gift that didn’t arrive in time and its cost, and you will have the option to upload a screenshot of your delayed gift tracking information (“Entry Form”) (collectively “Entry”)
Comment must include the Sweepstakes Hashtag to be considered an eligible Entry. The term "Entry" includes any text that accompanies the Sweepstakes Hashtag and Comment. The text portion of the Entry must be limited to the Comments section of the Sweepstakes Post (during the applicable Entry Period); if you post/re-post your Comment on your Instagram or elsewhere, it will not result in Entry or improve your chances of winning a prize (assuming that the comment was also posted in response to the Sweepstakes Post as per these Official Rules).
If you do not have an Instagram account, you can visit https://instagram.com/ or download the Instagram app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create an account according to the instructions on the applicable website/app. Creating an Instagram account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Instagram Terms of Use in order to create an account.
BY POSTING A COMMENT ON THE SWEEPSTAKES POST THAT INCLUDES THE SWEEPSTAKES HASHTAG #HOLIDAYRESCUESWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT COMMENT ON A SWEEPSTAKES POST WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions via Instagram (e.g. including the hashtag #HolidayRescueSweepstakes [hashtag is not case-sensitive], but not including a Comment or completing the Entry Form) will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Not including any of the two Sweepstakes Hashtag or misspelling any of the Sweepstakes Hashtag will also be considered an incomplete submission.
You must have an active DoorDash account in good standing at time of entry. You can visit http://www.doordash.com or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a DoorDash account with a valid form of accepted payment on file according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here (including without limitation Section 6 regarding User Accounts) in order to create an account.
Sweepstakes Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, are prohibited. In addition, re-posting another person’s Post (in whole or in part) will NOT result in receipt of Entry: the comment must be solely your original work. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor, Administrator, or Influencer will not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Proof of submission of Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. All Entries must be submitted via "post" on Instagram in their entirety prior to expiration of the Sweepstakes Period (and subject to Entry Period deadline); in addition, to participate via Instagram “post” must be made as a comment to the Sweepstakes Post. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) Entry per person regardless of the method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. You may only use one (1) Instagram account to participate in the Sweepstakes. All Comments on Instagram must comply with Instagram's policies, including its Community Guidelines, available at https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119. Important note: Your Instagram account needs to be set as “public” during the Sweepstakes Period and until the winners have been notified in order for your entry to be eligible. If your Instagram account is set to "protected mode," or "private" your updates/responses may not be visible on the @doordash Instagram account and may not be received by Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit @doordash account to see your Instagram posts.
If you opt to access Instagram, via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone's capabilities for specific instructions.
6. CONTENT GUIDELINES: In addition to complying with all other requirements of these Official Rules, Instagram, each Entry must not contain any content that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is hateful, profane, obscene, disparaging or is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, unsuitable for the uses contemplated in these Official Rules, advocates violence or illegal conduct of any kind, addresses controversial subject matter, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Do not include personally identifiable information about you or anyone else (e.g., full name, e-mail address, residential address, telephone number) in any Entry.
If an Entry cannot be viewed and/or accessed by Sponsor or Administrator for any reason, such Entry shall be disqualified without any fault or liability of the Released Parties, as defined below.
7. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Potential Prize Winners (each a "Winner") will be selected via a random drawing on or about December 22, 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Entry is otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules (including but not limited to the Content Guidelines in Section 6 above), the content of the Entry will NOT be taken into account in the winner selection process. Random drawing will be conducted by Probability LLC, an independent judging organization/Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be contacted on or about December 22, 2025 via this email address from DoorDash ([email protected]) with their DoorDash Gift Promo Code. Winner must still have an active DoorDash account in good standing at time of winner notification. Winner may be required to respond to the email message, and if so, within 24 hours of transmission. Winners may be asked to complete additional documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). If a Winner does not respond to any email from Sponsor or Administrator, or fails to complete the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner will not be selected.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account associated with the Instagram account used to participate in the Sweepstakes. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
9. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):One-thousand (1,000) DoorDash Gift Promo Codes will be available to be awarded; Each winner will receive a DoorDash Gift Promo Code (“Gift Promo Code”) in one of the following values: $60, $80, $100, $120 or $150. The Gift Promo Codes will expire at 11:59 PM PT on December 24, 2025 and therefore must be redeemed and used by then. Any Gift Promo Codes not redeemed before the expiration date and time will be forfeited and Sponsor has no further responsibility to the Winner. The Gift Promo Codes can only be used at retail stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The Gift Promo Codes will not be redeemable at restaurants or to purchase any alcohol indicated in the DoorDash app or website. The Gift Code value that each Winner will win will be the value that is closest to the cost of the holiday gift described in the respective Winner’s Entry Form (“Holiday Gift”). If the cost of the Holiday Gift described in the respective Winner’s Entry Form is up to $60.00, then the respective Winner will receive a $60.00 Gift Promo Code; If the cost of the Holiday Gift described in the respective Winner’s Entry Form is between $60.01 and $80.00, then the respective Winner will receive $80.00 Gift Promo Code; If the cost of the Holiday Gift described in the respective Winner’s Entry Form is between $80.01 and $100.00, then the respective Winner will receive $100.00 Gift Promo Code; If the cost of the Holiday Gift described in the respective Winner’s Entry Form is between $100.01 and $120.00, then the respective Winner will receive $120.00 Gift Promo Code; If the cost of the Holiday Gift described in the respective Winner’s Entry Form is between $120.01 or higher, then the respective Winner will receive $150.00 Gift Promo Code. Under no circumstance will the value of the Gift Promo Code exceed $150.00 for any winner regardless of the cost of their Holiday Gift.
Total minimum ARV of all prizes: $60,000 and maximum ARV of all prizes: up to $150,000
10. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD DURING SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. A DoorDash account is required to redeem DoorDash gift card prizes (to create a DoorDash account, a valid e-mail address and phone number is required and you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here). No prize substitution except at the sole discretion of Sponsor and only then for prize/prize element of comparable value. Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize is not transferable.
Gift Promo Codes will be delivered to the email address provided and that is associated with the winner’s active DoorDash account. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, used or expired Gift Promo Codes. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor/Administrator is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be awarded in whole or in part. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, it may be forfeited.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including the prize description), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s (as defined below) control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes for affected Entry Period(s) by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for such affected Entry Period(s) prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on @doordash on Instagram. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including filtering by or other operation of any given social media platform), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor, Administrator, or Influencer to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
12. Release of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties, Instagram/Meta, Inc., as well as each of their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.
13. Publicity Grant: By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its respective designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winners’ list (if applicable) without compensation, notification or permission, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
14. Disputes; Arbitration/Choice Of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prizes/determination of Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.
15. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information provided in conjunction with Entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible via www.doordash.com.
16. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of Winners, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: DoorDash Holiday 2025 Sweepstakes, c/o Probability, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, for receipt by January 31, 2026.
