DoorDash Fall Football Streaks Rewards Sweepstakes 2026

OFFICIAL RULES

To enter the "DoorDash Fall Football 2026 Streaks Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules"). 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access and an active DoorDash account and an e-mail account to participate. Winners will be randomly selected. Venmo is not responsible for the administration of this sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW: The Sweepstakes consists of three separate entry periods, one for each month from September through November of 2026 (September 5, 2026 through November 28, 2026). There will be three (3) monthly drawings and a grand prize drawing. You can get an entry for a chance to win a monthly prize for any given month by placing four (4) qualifying orders for September and November and five (5) qualifying orders for October. The qualifying orders for each month must be placed during any one or more Saturday(s) during the given month. Each qualifying entry for any given monthly drawing will also earn you an automatic entry into the grand prize drawing. If you are a DashPass member when you place your final qualifying order for any given month, you will receive an additional entry into that month’s monthly drawing and an additional entry into the grand prize drawing. A DoorDash account holder who does not wish to become a DashPass member and/or does not wish to make a qualifying purchase can also enter the sweepstakes and earn two (2) entries for each monthly prize drawing and the grand prize drawing. Mail-in entrants can earn the maximum number of entries that a user can enter by being a DashPass member and placing qualifying orders or by sending a mail-in entry postmarked by the last day of each monthly entry period (defined below) by the last day of each month. There is a limit of two (2) entries per entrant per month regardless of the method of entry and a limit of six (6) entries per entrant for the entire Sweepstakes period regardless of the method of entry. 

1. SPONSOR: DoorDash, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 303 2nd St, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94107.

2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows LN, Woodstock, NY 12498.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who meet all of the following criteria: (a) have an active, valid DoorDash account in good standing throughout the Sweepstakes Period (DoorDash accounts are free; see below for more details), and (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 18 in all other states). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors [including Dashers as well as brand ambassadors/influencers], and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for the Sponsor, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes entry begins at 12:00:01 AM local time on September 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM local time on November 28, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Within the Sweepstakes Period, there will be three (3) monthly entry periods (as described in the chart below) for September, October, and November, whereby a user can start an entry for a given month on any Saturday of that month and complete their entry for that month on any Saturday of the same month (collectively, the “Monthly Period” or collectively, the “Monthly Periods”). The Sweepstakes will be dormant and inactive in between each Saturday of any given month.

For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are local time. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion. 

HOW TO ENTER: During each monthly period, there are two (2) ways to submit an entry. 

Method #1: By Placing Orders: Eligible entrants must place a minimum of four (4) orders across one or more Saturdays in September; five (5) orders across one or more Saturdays in October; and four (4) orders across one or more Saturdays in November, whereby each order has a minimum subtotal of $20 or more (excluding taxes and fees and excluding purchases of physical or virtual DoorDash Gift Cards) (a “Qualifying Order” or “Order”) to receive one (1) automatic entry into the random drawing for that Monthly Period and one (1) automatic entry into the grand prize drawing. There are no merchant exclusions. For clarity, you can place all required orders for each Monthly Period on any Saturday or across multiple Saturdays of the given Monthly Period to receive one (1) automatic entry into that Monthly Period’s drawing and one (1) automatic entry into the grand prize drawing. For example, if you place four (4) orders on the first Saturday of September, you don’t have to place any more orders during September to receive your entry for the September drawing or the grand prize drawing. If you have an active DashPass membership in good standing when you place the last order at a minimum for any Monthly Period, you will receive one (1) additional automatic entry into that Monthly Period’s drawing and one (1) additional automatic entry into the grand prize drawing. If you don’t have an active DashPass membership when you place the last order at a minimum for a given Monthly Period, you will not qualify for the additional entry for that Monthly Period or the grand prize drawing. 

Entry will be void if (w) Order was received outside of the Sweepstakes Period in Sponsor’s discretion or (x) Order is initially accepted by Sponsor but later voided for any reason, or (y) Each Order does not meet the minimum requirement or (z) the Order placed is not with a participating merchant

If you are not a DashPass member, you can visit https://www.doordash.com/dashpass or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and subscribe to DashPass according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here (including, without limitation, Section 13 regarding DashPass Subscriptions) in order to subscribe to DashPass.

Method #2 Mail-in Entry Without Placing a Qualifying Order or Being a DashPass Member: To enter without placing a Qualifying Order and/or being a DashPass member, mail a 3"x5" card and handprint your name, email address that is associated with your DoorDash account, home address, year of birth, and daytime phone number and mail in a business-size (#10) envelope to "DoorDash Fall Football 2026 Streaks Sweepstakes," P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 (“Mail-in Entry”). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the corresponding Monthly Period to qualify for that Monthly Period drawing and the grand prize drawing and received seven (7) days later to qualify for that Monthly Period drawing and the grand prize drawing. Each mail-in entry will count as two (2) entries into the corresponding Monthly Period drawing and the grand prize drawing. No copies stamped or mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Each 3"x5" card must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for postage due mail.

While you do not need to make a purchase to enter, you must have an active DoorDash account in good standing. You can visit http://www.doordash.com or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a free DoorDash account according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions in order to create an account.

Limit: Two (2) Entries per person per Monthly Period regardless of the method of entry and limit six (6) entries per person into the Grand Prize drawing regardless of method of entry.

Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the limits stated herein may result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Whether or not you place a Qualifying Order (and, if so, the retailer with whom the Qualifying Order is placed and the items purchased via the Qualifying Order) will NOT improve or affect one’s chances of winning the prize in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries must be manually keystroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, is prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry (including acceptance and delivery of Order, if applicable) does not constitute proof of receipt of the same. Receipt of entries may be acknowledged, but any such acknowledgment is in no way otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS: The potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner” and collectively, the "Potential Winners") for each Monthly Period drawing will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines for each monthly drawing approximately fourteen (14) days following the end of the corresponding Monthly Period.  The Potential Winner for the Grand Prize drawing will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the Grand Prize drawing on or about December 15, 2026. All drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 

Odds of winning a monthly drawing prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines for the Monthly Period drawing.  Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize drawing.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone on or within two (2) days of the corresponding drawing. To remain eligible for the Sweepstakes, Potential Winners must still have a DoorDash account in good standing at the time of winner notification and when the prize is awarded. A Potential Winner may be disqualified if s/he/they do not respond to the initial phone and/or email notification within two (2) days with the requested information. Once a Potential Winner responds to the initial notification with the requested information, Potential Winner may be required to sign and return within five (5) days of receipt a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Indemnification; a Publicity Release where allowed by law; as well as other documents that Sponsor may require based on the prize(s) being awarded, including documentation that helps to verify the Potential Winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age  and the age of majority in their state of residence (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Prize Claim Documents may be collected by DigiSigner GmBH ("DigiSigner") and shared with Sponsor and Administrator solely for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration. Once all required Prize Claim Documents are received, the Administrator will review and confirm the Potential Winner’s eligibility to win a Prize and therefore be confirmed as a Winner (“Winner”). All entrant data will be deleted from DigiSigner once the winner is verified and confirmed. If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period for any Potential Winner, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, the prize may be forfeited and Potential Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, time permitted.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the corresponding DoorDash account, and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized Account Holder'' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

7. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): 

Grand Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize is available consisting of $757,500 cash awarded in the form of a check in the Grand Prize winner’s name, which may be applied toward a house of the winner's choosing; a refrigerator of the winner's choice that is available at an online retailer and up to $2,500 inclusive of any sales tax, delivery, and any other fees; and a year's worth of Dr Pepper soft drink in the form of 24 cases of Dr Pepper, whereby two (2) cases will be shipped to the Grand Prize winner’s house for twelve (12) months starting January of 2027. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $760,500. Housing Prize Disclosure: The prize consists solely of a cash award of $757,500 awarded in the form of a check in the Grand Prize Winner’s name. Winner is solely responsible for locating a house. No real property or home is being awarded. The winner is solely responsible for locating, selecting, negotiating for, financing, and purchasing any home. The Sponsor is not a real estate broker, lender, or financial advisor and makes no representations or warranties regarding any property. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any home purchase, including, without limitation, any purchase price in excess of the prize amount, down payment, closing costs, mortgage financing, taxes, insurance, inspections, appraisals, title and escrow fees, HOA dues, maintenance, utilities, and any other costs of ownership. Receipt of the prize does not guarantee eligibility for mortgage financing. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

Monthly Period 1 (September) Prizes:

One (1) September Tier 1 Prize is available, consisting of one (1) 2027 SRT Charger Hellcat vehicle. The ARV of the September Tier 1 Prize is $200,000. September Tier 1 prize will be delivered with standard equipment for make and model; all upgrades and options are at the sole cost of the winner. Winner may not have a choice of color. The actual style, model, make, color, design, and features of any vehicle prize may vary from any depictions of it in Sweepstakes materials. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance; and any other costs associated with accepting and operating the vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise. Proof of valid driver's license and insurance may be required prior to delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs of ownership after delivery, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, or insurance. Vehicle is awarded subject only to the manufacturer's standard warranty, if any. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable. The vehicle may be shipped to the winner’s residence (as determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the vehicle’s Owner’s Guide.

One Thousand (1,000) September Tier 2 Prizes are available, each consisting of a $250 DoorDash gift card awarded as a digital gift code. ARV: $250,000

Monthly Period 2 (October) Prizes:

One (1) October Tier 1 Prize is available, consisting of $15,000 cash; custom DoorDash-branded merchandise (all customization is at Sponsor’s discretion); and the following prizes associated with the below-listed school of the Prize Winner’s choosing: football team merchandise including a hat, shirt, and sweatshirt; four (4) tickets to a home football game; and a “Player For a Day” on-campus experience at the school. The Prize Winner may choose from the following schools: The University of Alabama, University of Florida, University of Georgia, Indiana University Bloomington, University of Oklahoma, University of Oregon, Louisiana State University & The University of Texas at Austin. Additional schools may be included as part of selection at a later time. The on-campus experience at the selected school of choice may include tours of the campus, football stadium, and athletic facilities; team merchandise; a team store gift card; access to a practice or team event; and a meet and greet with coaching staff. All experience elements are determined solely by the participating school and are subject to change. Restrictions and limitations will vary by school, and no specific element is guaranteed.

With respect to the “Player For a Day” experience portion of the prize, it includes roundtrip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) for up to two (2) people, the Prize Winner and up to one guest, from a major commercial airport (for 50 United States/D.C. Prize Winners)/international airport designated by Sponsor near Prize Winner’s residence ("Departure Airport") to an airport designated by Sponsor near the selected school ("Destination City")**; and up to two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) (collectively, the “Trip”). 

**Air transportation will be replaced with ground transportation if Prize Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Destination City; and, in such case, Prize Winner will not receive any alternate prize or compensation of any kind relative to ground transportation replacing air travel.

Sponsor will endeavor to schedule the “Player For a Day” experience on the Friday before the football game portion of the prize, but in the event that such scheduling is not possible, Prize Winner will be responsible for his or her own travel and hotel accommodations for the football game portion of the prize. 

PRIZE WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON DATES SPECIFIED BY THE SPONSOR; IF A WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SUCH TIME FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER SELECTED AT RANDOM (TIME PERMITTING).

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the trip description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner or guest, including but not limited to roundtrip transportation between the Prize Winner’s residence and Departure Airport (if applicable); airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food and beverage (including alcoholic beverages); merchandise and souvenirs; local and long-distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly stated as being included in the Trip. Merchandise prize and any portion thereof will be subject to manufacturers standard warranty. The ARV of the October Tier 1 Prize is $50,000. The actual value of the Prize may vary depending on a number of factors, including departure airport, destination city, date/times of travel, fluctuations of rates and airfares at the time of travel booking, and the number of travelers. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize that Prize Winner and/or Guest are unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind.

Two Thousand (2,000) October Tier 2 Prizes are available, each consisting of a $250 cash transfer to a Venmo account. A Venmo account (business or personal) in good standing is required in order to receive & use the Venmo  prize. If a winner does not have an active Venmo account at the time they are notified of their prize, they can sign up for a Venmo account in order to accept the Venmo prize. The winner must also provide the administrator with the phone number, email address, and their Venmo handle associated with their Venmo account upon request. Failure to provide the requested information or providing incorrect information can lead to forfeiture of the prize and such winner will not be compensated; such a prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting. Your acceptance of this prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the Venmo User Agreement. ARV: $500,000

Monthly Period 3 (November) Prizes: 

One (1) November Tier 1 Prize is available, consisting of one-year of DoorDash grocery orders awarded as a $1,000 DoorDash gift card per month for 12-months.  The ARV of the November Tier 1 Prize is $12,000.  

One Thousand (1,000) November Tier 2 Prizes are available, each consisting of a $250 DoorDash gift card awarded as a digital gift code. ARV: $250,000

The total ARV of all Prizes available in this Sweepstakes is $2,022,500.

Prize Limit: One Monthly Prize per person and/or email address

8. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: 

Sponsor makes no warranties and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen prize items. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Official Rules, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of comparable or equal value will be provided. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee by Sponsor. Federal, state, and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each Winner. 

All applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) reflecting the actual final retail value of any prize valued at $2,000 or more. For prizes valued at $2,000 or more, Winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to receiving a prize. Prize Winners agree to fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator in conjunction with the fulfillment of all government reporting requirements so that such winnings may be reported for tax purposes to the extent required by law. 

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware, or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including any prize descriptions), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award Prizes for affected drawing(s) by means of a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received for affected drawing(s) prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor as well as all eligible mail-in entries received for affected drawing(s) or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on DoorDash's website and will be posted in the app. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers; computer equipment; software; or failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including the app), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, APP, OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

10. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY: Except as set out below, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives, and assigns. (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel and/or acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any Prize. 

12. PUBLICITY GRANT: By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data, and city and state of residence in programming, advertising, and/or promotional material or on a Winners’ list (if applicable) without further compensation, notification, or permission, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation. 

13. DISPUTES; ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prizes/determination of Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to these Official Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral, and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence, and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and the Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.

14. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy available at https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy-us?language=en_US.

15. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of winners, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to "DoorDash FallFootball 2026 Streaks Sweepstakes Winners," c/o Probability, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, for receipt by December 31, 2026.
