Deluxe Delivery Terms and Conditions
Deluxe Delivery: For a limited time, select DashPass members in the United States will be eligible to receive a Deluxe Delivery offer on select eligible DashPass orders (Deluxe Delivery). Deluxe Delivery, will enable select DashPass member to enjoy the following benefits on eligible orders:
Free upgrade to Express Delivery (when available).
3% DoorDash Credits back on eligible orders.
Deluxe Delivery is not available to all DashPass members, but only to select DashPass members as determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. You’ll see a notification in your DoorDash app if you are eligible for Deluxe Delivery. If you pause or cancel your DashPass subscription at any time, you will lose access to Deluxe Delivery. DoorDash reserves the right to revoke eligibility for Deluxe Delivery at any time without notice. Deluxe Delivery benefits are only available on select delivery orders as determined by DoorDash.
Deluxe Delivery Subscription and Automatic Renewal: Deluxe Delivery is a paid subscription that costs $20 per month, plus applicable taxes, in addition to the cost of your DashPass membership. By enrolling, you authorize DoorDash to automatically charge the $20 monthly subscription fee, plus applicable taxes, to your default payment method or another eligible payment method saved to your DoorDash account each month until your Deluxe Delivery subscription is canceled or terminated. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before your next renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your DoorDash account settings. Unless otherwise disclosed at cancellation, your Deluxe Delivery benefits will remain available through the end of your then-current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing period.
If you cancel or otherwise terminate your DashPass subscription, your Deluxe Delivery subscription will automatically be canceled at the same time, and you will not be charged any further Deluxe Delivery subscription fees.
Limited-Time: Deluxe Delivery is being offered as a limited-duration test. DoorDash may end the test and terminate your Deluxe Delivery subscription, including before your next scheduled renewal. DoorDash will notify you before your subscription is terminated. Once the termination becomes effective, your Deluxe Delivery subscription will no longer renew, and you will not be charged any further Deluxe Delivery subscription fees. If DoorDash terminates your subscription before the end of a period for which you have already paid, DoorDash will provide a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion of that billing period.
Eligible orders: Deluxe Delivery is available only on DashPass eligible delivery orders from merchants participating in the DashPass program in the United States. Orders must meet the minimum subtotal requirement required to qualify for the DashPass benefit which will be labeled on the Merchant’s store page in the DoorDash platform.DoubleDash, Pickup, group, Merchant-fulfilled, Drive, and scheduled orders are not eligible. DoorDash may amend the eligibility requirements for Deluxe Delivery orders at any time without notice.
Express Delivery Upgrade: On eligible orders and where Express Delivery is available, DashPass members will receive a free upgrade to Express delivery (when it is available). Express delivery means that your orders will not be batched with any other DoorDash orders. Other fees (including delivery and service fees) may apply. The Express delivery upgrade will only be applied on select orders and at select participating stores and is not available for redemption on all orders.
3% DoorDash credit back: DashPass Deluxe Delivery eligible customers will earn 3% back in DoorDash credits on each eligible order with a subtotal of $12 (excluding taxes, tips, and fees), up to $10 in credits per month. Credits are earned only on eligible delivery orders placed on the customer’s eligible DoorDash account. Pickup orders and orders containing items not eligible for for the credit back benefit (including certain restricted items such as alcohol and nicotine, as determined by DoorDash) are excluded. DoorDash may determine eligibility in its discretion and may exclude orders from earning credits back. Credits are calculated as 3% of the order subtotal, net of promotional discounts and any DoorDash credits used, and rounded to the nearest cent. The maximum value of credits that may be earned as $10 per calendar month. Credits will be deposited to the customer’s account on the 1st day of each calendar month and may be redeemed only on DoorDash. Credits cannot be applied where prohibited, including toward restricted items, gift cards, or cash equivalents, and DoorDash may refuse or restrict credit use on any order. Modification of terms: DoorDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, cancel or discontinue the Deluxe Delivery offer at any time. In the event that termination or modification of the Deluxe Delivery offer, customers will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation.
Fraud and misconduct: DoorDash reserves the right to revoke or suspend eligibility from the Deluxe Delivery offer if DoorDash believes in its sole discretion that the user is (or is attempting to) act fraudulently or in bad faith when seeking to redeem the Deluxe Delivery benefit. DoorDash may also refuse to award or revoke a customer’s refund or DoorDash credits at any time without notice if DoorDash believes that the customer has obtained the refund or credits in a fraudulent manner.
General: Deluxe Delivery is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions. The offer is only available for select DashPass members in the US only as determined by DoorDash, Deluxe Delivery is not available to all DashPass members. Eligibility for Deluxe Delivery benefits, and the form, timing, and amount of any remedy or credit, will be determined by DoorDash in its sole discretion. DashPass benefits apply only on eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees and taxes. Subtotal minimums will be identified for each DashPass merchant on DoorDash.Deluxe Delivery benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. The Deluxe Delivery offer is available only to select DashPass users as indicated in their account.
