Cx LunchPlan 30 Terms
Purchase of Lunch Plan: By purchasing Lunch Plan, you are purchasing the ability to order up to 3 meals for delivery for a period of 30 days from purchase, (the “Lunch Plan Term”). Meal selections are available from a select group of offerings from a select group of merchants. The total purchase price specified on the purchase screen includes the cost of each meal, all applicable DoorDash fees including delivery, and applicable taxes. Your purchase and use of this offering is subject to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions.
Delivery: You must schedule each meal’s delivery day and time in advance, up until 9 am on the day of delivery. Delivery days and times must be between 11:30 am - 4pm in your time zone. Delivery is available to only one designated address, selected by you at time of payment, and cannot be changed during the Lunch Plan Term. Pickup is not available for Lunch Plan meals. You may change or cancel meal selections, delivery days and time up until 9 am the day of the scheduled delivery.
Minimum System Requirements: You must use 4.76.0 (or later) for iOS and 15.43.0 (or later) for Android to use Lunch Plan; Lunch Plan is not available on desktop web versions of the DoorDash platform."
Out of Stock or Cancelled Items: All Lunch Plan meals are subject to merchant availability. If a selected meal is out of stock, merchants may either contact you to discuss a similar substitution or may cancel the order. If an order is cancelled, DoorDash will automatically provide the opportunity to order a replacement Lunch Plan meal during the Lunch Plan Term.
Remaining Meals; Refunds: All Lunch Plan meals must be scheduled for delivery within 30 days from the date of purchase. For any meals that remain unscheduled after the Lunch Plan Term, DoorDash will automatically process a refund for each Lunch Plan meal to the form of your original payment within 10 days of the end of the Lunch Plan Term. Please note that depending on your bank processing time, it may take approximately one week post processing to see this refund in your account. In the event that your original form of payment is not available, DoorDash will automatically issue your refund in the form of credits to your DoorDash account.
