Chegg & DashPass Partnership (Chegg Study Pack)

1. Do I have to pay anything for the DashPass Student membership?

• We know it sounds too good to be true, but no! Chegg Study and Chegg Study Pack subscribers who are 18+, living in the United States, and enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States are eligible for a free DashPass Student membership.

  If you cancel your Chegg Study or Chegg Study Pack subscription or upon 30 days’ notice from DoorDash, you will automatically be enrolled in the paid monthly DashPass Student membership and charged the then-current monthly membership fee using a payment method on file in your account until you cancel your DashPass Student membership. 2. How do I access my DashPass Student membership benefit?

• Make sure you’re signed into your Chegg Study or Chegg Study Pack account, then click the “Activate DashPass” button on this page. This will send you to a DoorDash website where you will need to set up your DoorDash Student membership. Once you’re set up, you can get access to DashPass at DoorDash.com or by using the DoorDash app.

3. Can I still access DashPass if I cancel my Chegg Study or Chegg Study Pack Subscription?

• If you are a Chegg Study or Chegg Study Pack subscriber and you cancel your Chegg subscription, you will automatically be enrolled in the monthly paid version of the DashPass Students membership and charged $4.99 per month using a payment method on file in your DoorDash account until you cancel your DashPass Student membership. 4. What is included in DashPass?

• DashPass for Students (regularly $4.99/month) features $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on eligible orders, 5% back in DoorDash credits on eligible Pickup orders. A subscription also includes member-only offers and menu items, and weekly offers like discounts, promos, and free menu items not available to other DoorDash customers.

5. What if I already have a DashPass subscription?

• If you are a member of another DashPass Partner or Annual Plan, you will need to cancel your current subscription to activate the Chegg benefit, by following the instructions here. All other monthly DoorDash subscribers can switch to their Chegg benefit by following the activation process above.
