How do I cancel an live order?
If you need to cancel an order, first press the three dots at the top right corner of the order screen. On the list of options select Contact Support.
This will open our chat with support feature. Let our support team know which order you would like to cancel and why. The customer will be notified by support that their order has been cancelled.
You will not be paid for these cancelled orders.
